Eligibility Criteria for LNIPE Professor, Assistant Professor, Clerk Jobs 2017
Educational Qualification:
1. Registrar - Master’s Degree with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade of ‘B’ in the UGC 7 point scale.
2. Finance Officer - An eminent scholar with Ph.D. qualification(s) in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline and published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with evidence of published work with a minimum of 10 publications as books and/or research/policy papers
3. Professor - Good academic record as defined by the University with a Ph.D. Degree in the concerned/allied/relevant disciplines
4. Associate Professors - Good academic record as defined by the concerned university with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) at the Master’s Degree level in a relevant subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university
5. Assistant Professor - Good academic record as defined by the concerned university with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) at the Master’s Degree level in a relevant subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university
6. Deputy Registrar - Master’s Degree with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade of ‘B’ in the UGC 7 point scale.
7. Assistant Registrar - Master’s Degree with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade of ‘B’ in the UGC 7 point scale along with good academic record, as laid down by UGC
8. Library Information Assistant - Bachelor’s Degree in Library Science. (ii) Two years experience in a Library of an educational Institution/ college / University. (iii) Computer knowledge regarding management of library
9. Laboratory Assistant - Bachelor’s Degree (PCM/ Psychology/ Biology group) from a recognized University.
10. Arts & Craft Instructor - Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts
11. Lower Division Clerk - Graduate from a recognized University. (ii) A typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on computer in a 10-minute test.
12. Library Clerk - Intermediate or equivalent from a recognized Board. (ii) Certificate course in Library Science. (iii) Computer knowledge and working
13. Pump Attendant - Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board. (ii) ITI Diploma of Pump repairs & operations.
14. Plumber - Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board. (ii) ITI Diploma of Plumbing.

Age Limit:
Candidate’s Age Limit Should not exceed (Post 8 - 30 Years), (Post 9-14 - 27 Years). The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules.
