Eligibility Criteria for BOB Vacancy 2018:
Educational Qualification: (As on 01.04.2018)
1. MSME-Sales/Relationship Management (Scale SMG/SIV) - CA/ ICWA/MBA or PGDM (with specialization in Finance) or equivalent post graduation degree/diploma from any AICTE approved institute. Minimum 6 years of post qualification experience in Credit client acquisition/ relationship management with – a) A Scheduled Commercial Bank / associate / subsidiary of Scheduled Commercial Bank (SCB) or b) Public or private sector financial institution/NBFCs/ reputed rating agencies with 5 years of active history
2. MSME-Sales/Relationship Management (Scale MMG/SIII) - CA/ ICWA/MBA or PGDM (with specialization in Finance) or equivalent postgraduation degree/diploma from any AICTE approved institute. Minimum 4 years of post qualification experience in Credit client acquisition/ Relationship management with – a) A Scheduled Commercial Bank / associate / subsidiary of scheduled commercial Bank (SCB) or b) Public or private sector financial institution/NBFCs/ reputed rating agencies with 5 years of active history
3. MSME Monitoring/ Processing of Loans (Scale SMG/SIV) - CA/ICWA/MBA or PGDM (with specialization in Finance) or equivalent postgraduation degree/diploma from any AICTE approved institute. 4. MSME Monitoring/ Processing of Loans (Scale MMG/S III) - CA/ICWA/MBA or PGDM (with specialization in Finance) or equivalent postgraduation degree/diploma from any AICTE approved institute. Minimum 4 years of post qualification experience as Credit analyst or equivalent role in – a) A Scheduled Commercial Bank / associate / subsidiary of Scheduled Commercial Bank (SCB )or b) Public or private sector financial institution/NBFCs/ reputed rating agencies with 5 years of active history And Out of above 4 years of experience, minimum 2 years experience in corporate/ MSME credit.
5. Finance / Credit (Scale MMG/SIII) - CA/ICWA/MBA or PGDM (with specialization in Finance) or equivalent postgraduation degree/diploma from any AICTE approved institute. Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience in Processing/Appraisal of Corporate Credit (Experience of working in Credit Deptt. in large Banks will be preferable). For candidates with CA qualification, the Post-qualification experience shall be relaxed to 3 years
6. Finance / Credit (Scale MMG/SII - PGDM (with specialization in Finance) or equivalent postgraduation degree/diploma from any AICTE approved institute Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in Processing/Appraisal of Corporate Credit (Experience of working in Credit Deptt. in large Banks will be preferable)

Age Limit: (As on 01.04.2018)
Candidate’s Age Limit Should be between (For Post 1, 3 - 28 to 40 Years), (For Post 2, 4, 5 - 25 to 37 Years), (For Post 6 - 25 to 35 Years). The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Minimum Age Criteria:
For post code 02 ,04, 05 & 06: a candidate must have been born not later than 01.04.1993
For post code 01 & 03: a candidate must have been born not later than 01.04.1990
Maximum Age Criteria:
For post code 02 ,04, & 05 : a candidate must have been born not earlier than 01.04.1981
For post code 01 & 03: a candidate must have been born not earlier than 01.04.1978
For post code 06: a candidate must have been born not earlier than 01.04.1983

Selection Procedure for BOB:
In case of the selection process for the posts in Scale II, Scale III & Scale IV; applications will be shortlisted and candidates will then be called for GD/interview. However, if the number of applications received is large, then Bank reserves the right to hold an online test also. The online test if conducted may be descriptive in nature and will be subject matter specific.
Bank may also at its discretion, consider conducting of Psychometric Test / Group Discussion for different scales.
