Must be a Chartered Accountant and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India or Cost Accountant and member of Institute of Cost Accountant of India with minimum 2 to 7 years of postqualification executive experience in Finance and Accounts department in a PSU or Govt Sector or in a private company or reputed Chartered Accountant firm. The candidate should have sound knowledge and experience in Accounting, MIS, Indirect Taxes and Direct Taxes.
2.
Estate Officer
Must be a B.E/B.Tech (Civil) graduate from a recognized institute. Should possess minimum 7 years of post qualification experience in survey, revenue maps, documents and insurance on buildings, preparation of drawings, dealing with encroachment of land, monitoring of fencing / erection of compound wall, possession of company land documents/records, assessment and practices of standards and ability to evaluate urban properties and sufficient knowledge on law and rules related to maintenance of buildings, lands and also eviction proceedings. Knowledge in CAD will be an added advantage.

Deputy General Manager(Human Resource)
Must be a graduate in any discipline with 2 years post graduate degree /diploma in Personnel Management & IR or MBA with specialization in HR from a recognized university/institution with good academic records. Law degree is desirable. Minimum 13 years relevant experience in a large Govt/PSU/Private organization of repute in IR, Legal aspects pertaining to labour matters, welfare, establishment, Statutory compliances, Industrial Discipline/Domestic Enquiry, HR Management, handling security systems etc. Knowledge in contract management is desirable.

Additional General Manager(Legal)
Must be a graduate in Law from a recognized Institution / University with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade. Should possess minimum 17 years of post qualification experience in handling legal matters in a PSU or in a Company in private sector having a minimum annual turnover of Rs.250 Crore. (The candidate should submit documentary proof along with the application to establish that the PSU / Company has an annual turnover of Rs.250 Crore or more in latest financial year). Relevant experience in Govt. sector or major Law Firms will also be considered. Master’s degree in law will be an added advantage. Experience in dealing with legal matters relating to Contracts, Arbitration, Land Acquisition matters etc will be preferred.

General Manager (Construction)
Must be a B.E/B.Tech (Civil) graduate from a recognized institute. Should possess minimum 23 years of post qualification experience in execution of large Infrastructure projects, Major Bridge Constructions with Highways/Railways and Metro Rail Project. Out of which 8 years exclusively in elevated and underground Metro construction including with deep excavation support systems, design / construction of underground civil structures, underground- stations, tunnel works using TBM, C&C Tunnel and NATM are essential. Should be familiar with management of contracts relating to the large infrastructure projects. Should have knowledge & skill in management of FIDIC conditions of contract / International Civil Construction Contracts.
Exposure in quality control & Assurance system in civil construction, Safety Implementation, Programme Monitoring, IS / International Codes for construction of civil underground structures will be an added advantage. International working Experience, underground as well as top-down construction technology in urban locations will be an added advantage.

Selection Procedure for CMRL:
Selection Procedure:
The selection methodology comprises two-stage process, interview followed by Medical examination. The selection process would judge different facets of knowledge, skills, comprehension, attitude, aptitude and physical fitness.
a) Medical Examination: Expenses for the first time medical examination of the candidate will be borne by CMRL. However, in case a candidate seeks extension for joining, then the second time medical examination expenditure will be borne by the candidate. To & fro travel expenses for the medical test shall be borne by the candidate. The candidate who fails in the prescribed medical test will not be given any alternative employment and decision of CMRL is final on this issue.

Application Fee/Exam Fee: 
a. Unreserved & other candidates are required to pay a Non-refundable fee of Rs.300/- and SC/ST are required to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs.50/- (for processing & postage charge) in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of M/s Chennai Metro Rail Limited, payable at Chennai. Candidates should clearly mention their name, post code and mobile number at the back of the Demand Draft. No application fee for Differently Abled persons. Only disability certificate to be attached along with the application.
b. Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. Candidates are therefore requested to verify their eligibility, time limit before paying the application fee.
c. Application form forwarded without prescribed format and Demand Draft will be summarily rejected.

c. Name of the post applied for should be superscribed on the envelope containing the application.
d.
