(i) Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in IT/ Computer Science/ Electronics and Telecommunication; or (ii) BCA/ MCA or any other post graduate degree in the area of IT/ Computer Science/ Electronics and Telecommunication + More than 3 years Relevant experience

Desirable: (i) Industry certifications like MCTS/ ITIL or other Globally recognized equivalent certification
