1.	Chief Technology Officer (CTO)	Ph.D in Engineering / Science / M. Tech / M.E / MS Desirable: Ph.D in Engineering / Science with three years’ experience (or) Master's with six years’ experience in Microelectronics and/or Photonics Industry / Research lab
2.	Senior Project Officer	M. Tech / M.E./MS with 60% or 6.5 CGPA and above / Master’s Degree in Science with 60% or 6.5 CGPA and above Desirable: M.Tech / M.E/MS in relevant disciplines with specialization in Microelectronics & VLSI Technology / Applied Physics / Photonics (or) Master’s Degree in Science with two years’ experience in relevant areas
3.	Project Associate	B.Tech / B.E / A.M.I.E / Master’s Degree in Science with 60% or 6.5 CGPA and above Desirable: B.Tech / B.E / AMIE / M.Sc. in relevant disciplines. GATE qualification is desirable.
4.	Junior Research Fellow	B. Tech / B.E. with 60% or 6.5 CGPA and above / Master’s Degree in Science / Management with 60% or 6.5 CGPA and above Desirable: B.Tech / BE in Engineering (or) Master’s Degree in Science/management with two years’ experience in Microelectronics and/or Photonics Industry / Research Lab.
