Eligibility Criteria for AIIMS Vacancy 2021:

Educational Qualification:

1.	Scientist-B (Non-Medical)	1st class Master's Degree in Life Sciences from a recognized university with 2 years experience in a related field. OR 2nd class Master's degree with Ph.D. in relevant subject from a recognized University.
2.	Research Associate-I	Ph.D./ MD/ MDS or 1st class Master's degree in Life Sciences from a recognized University with Ph.D. in relevant subject from a recognized University
3.	SRF	M.Sc. Degree (Microbiology/ Biotechnology/ Biochemistry) Research Experience Minimum two years (post-M.Sc.)
4.	Lab Technician	B.Sc. (Life Science) OR 12th Pass in a science subject and two years in Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technician
5.	Field Worker	12th pass in science from a recognized board and 2 years field/ laboratory experience
6.	Lab Attendant	12th class pass with science

Age Limit:
