Research Scientist-V: Essential Qualification: 1.1st Class Masters Degree in Life science: Specialization required –
Microbiology / Biotechnology / Virology 2. Four years experience OR 2 nd Class M.Sc. in above subjects + Ph.D Degree
Desirable: 1. Doctorate Degree in Life Sciences : specialization in above subjects

Research Scientist-I: Essential
Qualification: MBBS Degree with one year
Research / Teaching experience OR MD in Microbiology/Pathology/PSM |

Research Scientist-IV: Essential
Qualification: 1. 1 st Class Masters Degree in Life Sciences : Specialization required
– Microbiology/ Biotechnology/Virology/ Bioinformatics 2. Two years experience in related field OR 2 nd Class Masters Degree with Ph.D.in relevant subject Desirable: 1. Doctorate Degree in Life Sciences : specialization required in above

Senior Research Fellow: Essential
Qualification: 1. Post Graduate Degree in Bioinformatics/Biotechnology/Biophysics/
Microbiology/Zoology OR M.E./M.Tech. Degree in related subjects, selected
through a process described through any one of the following : a) National Eligibility Tests – CSIR-UGC, NET, including lectureship
(Assistant Professorship) and GATE b) National Level Examinations conducted by Central Government
Departments such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MHRD, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc,
IISER etc. 2. Two years research experience Desirable 1. Knowledge of computational tools for gene expression analysis,
molecular interaction networks, molecular structure modeling, drug docking
etc. 2. Experience in laboratory work and handling molecular biology tools. 3. Knowledge of laboratory animal handling, sample collection from
animals. |

5. Project
Junior Research Fellow: Essential Qualification:
Post Graduate Degree in Basic Science or Post Graduate Degree in Professional
Course selected through a process any of the following : a) National Eligibility Tests – CSIR-UGC, NET, including lectureship
(Assistant Professorship) and GATE b) National Level Examinations conducted by Central Government
Departments such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MHRD, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc,
IISER etc. Desirable 1. Research work experience in the areas of Immunology, Animal Cell
Culture, Molecular Biology, Cell Culture, Virology, Bioinformatics 2. Scholars who are selected through National Eligibility Tests –
CSIR-UGC, NET, including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) and GATE. 3. The selection process through National level examinations conducted
by Central Government Departments and their agencies and Institutions such as
DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MHRD, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISC, IISER etc. |

6. Project
Research Associate: Essential
Qualification: Ph.D/MS (Bioinformatics/
Biotechnology) or equivalent degree or having 3 years of research, teaching
and design and development experience after MSc/ME/M.Tech (Bioinformatics/
Biotechnology) with at least one research paper in Science Citation Indexed
(SCI) journal. Desirable: Ph.D/MS (Bioinformatics) and Research experience in Next Generation
sequencing platforms, genome assembly pipelines and bioinformatics analysis.
Candidates with Publication in the area of Genomics/Metagenomics will be
preferred. |

Economist Evaluation Specialist: Essential
Qualification: 1. Masters in Health
Economics/Economics/Public Health/Community Medicine with specialization in
Healthcare Costing, Economic Evaluation 2. Three years of experience in the field of health economics OR Ph.D. in Health Economics/ Economics/ Public Health. Desirable: Experience of developing decision making models, statistical analysis,
report writing and dissemination of result. |

Nursing Support-II: Essential
