ICMR-NIE Project Technical Assistant Eligibility Criteria:
Educational
Qualification:

1. Project
Technical Assistant (IT) - • Graduate in IT/ Computer Science/ Computer application/ Data Science
or other relevant discipline from a recognized University with three years of
work experience in IT projects (OR) • Master degree in IT/ Computer Science/ Computer application/ Data
Science or other relevant discipline from a recognized University |

2. Project
Research Assistant - Graduate in Computer
Science/Information Technology/Computer Application/Life Sciences/Social
Science/Biostatistics/Dental Surgery (BDS) from a recognized university with
three years’ work experience from a recognized institution. (OR) Master’s
degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Computer Application/Life
Sciences/Social Science/Statistics/Biostatistics /Epidemiology / Public
Health/ Public Health Dentistry from a recognized institution/University. Desirable Qualification and Experience: • Good communication skills in English. • Good documentation skills. • Experience in data management. • Experience in managing online meetings. |

3. Project
Consultant (Medical/Non-medical) – Medical: • MD / DNB in Community medicine/PSM or Master’s degree in
Epidemiology / Applied Epidemiology / Public Health / DPH / India – EIS
(FETP) after MBBS or PhD in Epidemiology/Public Health after MBBS. AND • 2.
Published papers. Non-medical: • Master’s Degree in Epidemiology/ Applied Epidemiology/ Public Health/
DPH/ India-EIS (FETP) with R&D Experience. AND • Published Papers. Desirable Qualification and Experience: • Experience in managing field-based health research surveys. • Experience in writing research manuscripts. • Proficiency in Tamil. • Knowledge of Computer Applications and Data Management. |

Interested and eligible
candidates possessing the aforementioned Essential Qualification only may
appear for Walk-in-Interview in the Institute with all Original and
self-attested copies of all certificate/testimonials and valid identity proof
(Voter ID card/ PAN Card/Driving License/Passport/Aadhar Card) and one passport
size photograph. No candidate will be allowed to appear in the Interview
without the Original Certificates.
