1. Pharmacist - (i) B Pharmacy from recognized Institute OR (i) (10+2) with science
stream from Recognized board (ii) Approved Diploma in Pharmacy from
Recongnized by the Pharmacy Council of India and Registered as Pharmacist
under the Pharmacy Act 1948 + Minimum 3 Year experience |

Biology & 2 years Diploma in Dental Hygienist Course /Class -1 Dental

post as per format attached herewith and also available on www.echs.govin (duly
affixed with Passport size photo) should be submitted along voth all supporting
documents The application must reach Stn HQ (ECHS), Fort Saint George,
Chennai-09 on or before 05 Mar 2022. Incomplete application in any form will be
rejected. Only one application is required to be submitted for a particular
post for all Polyclinics Ser No
