OIL Grade C & B Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:  

Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply.

1. Manager (ERP-HR) (ERP 01) - Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in any discipline of minimum 04 years duration with minimum 65% marks with SAP HCM certificate and having 03 years post qualification experience

2. Superintending Engineer (Environment) (ENV 02) – a)Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering of minimum 4 years duration with minimum 65% marks OR Bachelor’s degree in any branch of Engineering of minimum 4 years duration with Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering of minimum 2 years duration with minimum 60% marks OR Master’s degree in Environmental Science of minimum 2 years duration with minimum 60% marks b)Having minimum 3 years post qualification experience

3. Superintending Medical Officer (Radiology) (MD 03) – MD (Radio Diagnosis) from a reputed Medical College/University recognized by Medical Council of India with working knowledge of computer tomography and/or MRI and should be familiar with the use of computers

4. Superintending Medical Officer (Paediatrics) (MD 04) – MD (Paediatrics) / DNB (Paediatrics) from a reputed Medical College/University recognized by Medical Council of India/ DNB (Paediatrics) conducted by National Board of Examinations.

5. Senior Medical Officer (MD 05) – MBBS from a reputed Medical College/ University recognized by Medical Council of India with minimum 02 years post qualification experience

6. Senior Security Officer (SO 06) – Graduate of minimum 3 years duration in any discipline from a University/Institute recognized by Govt. of India and approved by UGC/appropriate statutory authority with minimum 2 years post qualification experience

7. Senior Officer (Civil) (CE 07) – Bachelor’s Degree of minimum 4 years duration in Civil Engineering with minimum 65% marks.

- Minimum 3 years post qualification experience in SAP HCM.

- Hands on experience in various SAP HCM modules with implementation & Support for ECC-6.

- Good Knowledge on PA, Time, OM, India Payroll, ESS/MSS.

- Knowledge in PA-OM and other integrations.

- Must have experience with writing functional specification for Reports, Interface, Conversion, Enhancements, Forms and Workflows.

- Must understand SAP functionalities to map business requirements.

- The candidate must have strong problem-solving skills, be self-directed, and capable of working with minimal supervision.

- Preference will be given to candidates with ABAP and Fiori knowledge

Superintending Engineer (Environment) (Grade C) (ENV 02)

- Minimum 3 years of Experience in the Industrial Sector of Red Category of Industry with preference for experience in E&P sector.

Senior Medical Officer (Grade B) (MD 05)

- Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience as Medical Officer in Private/Govt. Hospital.

Senior Security Officer (Grade B) (SO 06)

- Minimum 2 years Post qualification experience in the rank of Captain or Equivalent

- Experience should be in defense/para military/allied services in the rank of Captain/Asst. Commandant/DSP or equivalent.
