RECPDCL Executive Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

1. Sr. Executive (Tech.) -

Essential educational qualification: Regular full time B.E / B. Tech in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent from a recognized Institute/ University with min. 1st Division /equivalent CGPA.

Minimum years of Post Qualification Experience: 13 Years

Experience:

- Should have experience in Contract Management for EHV Substations and Transmission Lines.

- Experience of 06-07 yrs in Power Transmission System Projects of 220 Kv and above is preferable.

Minimum years of Post Qualification Experience: 13 Years

2. Executive (Tech.)-(Inspection) -

Essential educational qualification:  Regular full time B.E./ B. Tech in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent from a recognized Institute/ University with min. 1st Division /equivalent CGPA.

Experience:

- Should have experience in inspecting Electrical equipment viz. Power Transformers, GIS equipment, indoor & outdoor substation equipment, lattice structures, cables, conductors for Transmission System Projects.

- Preference shall be given to candidates having experience of at least 05-06 years’ in quality assurance and Inspection of above equipments in 220 kV & above Transmission System Projects.

Minimum years of Post Qualification Experience: 13 Years

3. Executive (Tech.)- (TSP) -

Essential educational qualification:  Regular full time B.E./ B. Tech in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent from a recognized Institute/ University with min. 1st Division /equivalent CGPA.

Minimum years of Post Qualification Experience: 13 Years

Experience:

- Should have experience in Transmission System Projects for 132kV and above.

- Should have experience of at least 06-07 yrs in Contract Management for EHV Substations and Transmission Lines 220 kv and above.

4. Executive (Tech.)-Transmission -

Essential educational qualification:  Regular full time B.E./ B. Tech in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent from a recognized Institute/ University with min. 1st Division /equivalent CGPA.

Minimum years of Post Qualification Experience: 13 Years

Experience:

- Should have experience in Power Transmission Sector (220 kV & above) in the field of Project Planning, Designing, Engineering, Execution, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of Substations and/or Transmission Lines.

- Proficiency in assessment, review and evaluation of technical documents such as Engineering Drawings, design, documents related to T/L and Sub-stations.

- Candidates must also have knowledge of equipment such as Transformer, switchgear, CT/PT, GIS being used in Power Transmission.

5. Executive(Tech.)-(TBCB) -

Essential educational qualification: Regular full time B.E./ B. Tech in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent from a recognized Institute/ University with min. 1st Division /equivalent CGPA.

Minimum years of Post Qualification Experience: 13 Years

Experience:

- Should have experience in Power Transmission Sector (220 kV & above) in the field of Project Planning, Designing, Engineering, Execution, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of Substations and/or Transmission Lines.

- Should have experience in project contracts in Transmission system projects of 220 kv and above, Bid Process Coordinator for Tariff Based Competitive Bidding (TBCB) in Generation/ Transmission/ Distribution in power sector, construction of Transmission substation and Transmission Lines of 220 Kv and above.

- Experience of 02-03 yrs of BPC exposure for transmission projects is preferable.

Minimum years of Post Qualification Experience: 13 Years

Experience:

- Should have rich experience in executing Civil Works for EHV Substations and Transmission Lines i.e., foundation, roads, buildings, transmission line foundations etc.

7. Dy. Executive (Tech.)- (BD) -

Essential educational qualification:  Regular full time B.E./ B. Tech in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent from a recognized Institute/ University with min. 1st Division /equivalent CGPA.

Minimum years of Post Qualification Experience: 13 Years

Experience:

- Experience in the area of business development, exploring new business building relation, mapping existing customer and strategically generating business for the organization.

- Candidates must also have experience of Project management, MIS, sound knowledge of IT and maintaining data/MIS.

8. Dy. Executive (Tech.)- Transmission -

Essential educational qualification:  Regular full time B.E./ B. Tech in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent from a recognized Institute/ University with min. 1st Division /equivalent CGPA.

Experience:

RECPDCL Executive Selection Process 2022:

Shortlisted Candidates shall be called for Personal Interview to be conducted at Corporate Office, RECPDCL or through online mode as per decision of the management. RECPDCL may adopt higher criteria in case of receipt of more number of applicants meeting eligibility criteria. The offer of engagement shall be issued to suitable candidates in order of merit and based on the number of vacancies.
