C-MET Project Assistant Eligibility Criteria:
Educational
Qualification:
|
1. Research
Associate II - Essential: PhD in Physics/Materials Science/Chemistry with at least one
publication in Science citation indexed (SCI) Journal. Desirable: Synthesis/Deposition expertise in Chemical Vapor Deposition or Atomic
Layer deposition or DC/RF Magnetron Sputtering or Single crystal growth tools
for 2D materials/ Carbon based materials/ superconductors. Conversant with design tools like AutoCAD, Solid work’s programming
using LabView /Python /C /VB /MATLAB / QC Framework. Experience in Cryogenic
DC/RF/Microwave Measurements/wiring/ instrumentation will be highly
appreciated. The ideal research associate should be extremely strong academically
with ability to do independent research and leadership qualities. Research
interest in Quantum Materials and Technology. |

2. Project
Assistant I – Essential : M. Sc. in Physics/Chemistry/Materials Science Desirable: Conversant with thin film deposition techniques, Vacuum technology,
programming using LabView/Python/ C/VB/ MATLAB/QC Framework, Synthesis using
Chemical Vapor Deposition, Physical deposition methods, Instrumentation
knowledge. The ideal project assistant should be extremely strong
academically with ability to do independent research. Research interest in
Quantum Materials and Technology |
Age Limit:

the date of the interview. |

The Upper age limit is
relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with
Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for
Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will
