IISc Teaching Assistant Eligibility Criteria:
Educational
Qualification:

1. Teaching
Assistant - Essential: First class in ME / M Tech or BE/BTech (ME/ECE/Production /EE/CSE)
with at least 2 years training / experience in relevant industry or
laboratory Desirable: Knowledge of CAD / CAM, handson skills in relevant machines and
technologies, and appropriate programming skills |
Age Limit: (As
on 21.06.2022)

1. Teaching
Assistant - 35 years |
The
Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for
Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC
PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper

Salary Details:

1. Teaching
Assistant - Rs. 35,000/- + HRA for
candidates with a valid GATE/NET score Rs. 28,000/- + HRA for other candidates |
IISc Teaching Assistant Selection Process 2022:
The selection will be
based on a written test followed by interview for short listed candidates which
will be conducted at the Institute on a date which will be notified later.
