along with the following Original Certificates and one set of Xerox copies:

Degree/Diploma certificate
b.
Consolidated Mark Sheet/All semester mark sheets to verify the percentage of
marks. If awarded CGPA, convert this to equivalent percentage as (CGPAx10) For
Graduate – Consolidated mark sheet (Ex: 9.67 = 96.70) (with two decimal) For
Diploma - Consolidated mark sheet – (Ex:.4193*100/4400= 95.29 (with two
decimal)
c.
Community Certificate, in case of SC/ST/OBC. In case of OBC, Certificate (for
BC/ MBC/DNC) shall be in the Central Government approved format, clearly
indicating the NonCreamy layer status, otherwise your claim for OBC will not be
considered.
d.
PwD certificate (Person with Disability) if applicable
(Kindly
note, request for change of date for verification of the original certificates
will not be entertained.)
