CSIR - CSMCRI Field Assistant Eligibility Criteria:
Educational
Qualification:
|
1. Project
Scientist-I - Ph.D. Marine
Biology/Oceanography/Organic Chemistry
or M.E/M. Tech in the area of Ocean Engineering, Ocean Modelling and
other marine related study Desirable : Experience in simulation, marine dispersion modelling and marine
ecology |
|
2. Project
Associate-I - M.Sc. Environmental Science/
Botany/Zoology/ Medical
Biotechnology/Microbiology/ Organic Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry
(or) B.E. Biotechnology Desirable : Experience in analysing water/wastewater, marine ecological
parameters, environmental impact assessment study, ecological modelling and
knowledge in ISO 17025: 2017 standards. As a part of the project, extensive
fieldwork may be required. |

3. Field
Assistant - B.Sc.
Physics/Chemistry/Botany/Zoology Desirable : Adequate basic computer knowledge and experience in account/record
keeping. As a part of the project, extensive fieldwork may be required. |

Salary Details:

1. Project
Scientist-I - Rs. 56,000/- + HRA |
|
2. Project
Associate-I - Rs. 31,000/- + HRA to scholars who are selected through (a) National
Eligibility Tests – CSIR UGC NET including Lectureship (Assistant
Professorship) or GATE (OR) A selection process through National level
examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies
and Institutions ₹25,000/- + HRA for others who don’t fall under (i) above |
