IISER Junior Assistant Eligibility Criteria:
Educational
Qualification:
|
1. Chief
Scientific Officer - Essential: i) Ph.D./ M.E./ M.Tech. or
equivalent in any branches of Science/ Technology from a recognized
University/ Institute. ii) 15 years' experience as
Scientific Officer or an equivalent post or above out of which 5 years'
experience as Senior Scientific Officer in Level-12 (PB 3 with Grade Pay Rs.
7600) or an equivalent post in Central/ State Government Department/
Autonomous Bodies/ University/ Institution of National Importance/ PSU etc. |

2. Senior
Scientific Officer – Essential: Ph.D. with first class in preceding degree and 3 years relevant
experience or M.Tech. with first class/ B.E./ B.Tech. or M.Sc./ MCA Degree in
relevant field with first class or equivalent grade (6.5 in 10 point scale)
and consistently excellent academic record and 5 years relevant experience. Experience:
At least 5 years experience in relevant field at the level of Scientific/
Technical Officer or equivalent with GP of Rs. 5400 |

3. Junior
Assistant – Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with proficiency in Computer Word
Processing and Spread Sheet. Desirable: Proficiency in other computer skills; computer–based accounting
software. |

Application Fee: A Non-refundable application fee of Rs. 1000/- for Sl.
No.1 and 2 & Rs. 200/- for Sl. No. 3 shall have to be deposited through
online transfer (LEFT/IMPS) at branches or through internet banking or
through BHIM/UPI/ Mobile Wallets/ Mobile Banking etc. in the below mentioned
Account Number. No fees for SC/ST/PWD/Women candidate as per GOI Orders. After remitting the online fee, candidates are required to mention the
UTR /transaction number actually reflected in their bank/card statement/passbook
in the online application. Online applications without/wrong UTR/transaction
No. shall be straightaway rejected. Application fee once paid shall not be
