WAPCOS Supervisor & Draftsman Eligibility Criteria:
Educational
Qualification:
|
1. Senior
Construction Manager - - Graduate in Civil Engineering/ Post Graduate in Business
Administration from reputed institute with minimum 20 years of experience in
implementation of large urban infrastructure projects for cities /townships
/industrial parks/SEZs or Retired from Central/State Govt. organizations with
minimum pay in PB- 04 & Grade Pay 8700 or equivalent and a minimum 35
years’ experience in construction and maintenance of urban infrastructures
projects, the max age to be 65 years as on 30th June 2023. - Should have implementation experience in the capacity of Chief
Construction Manager or for at least 2 projects of INR 500 Cr. each - Good experience in leading the team. |

2. Assistant
Construction Manager – - Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management from reputed
institute. - Should have sufficient experience of Construction Supervision of
infrastructure projects in urban areas or retired from Central/State Govt.
organizations with minimum pay in PB- 03 & Grade Pay 7600 or equivalent
and a minimum 30 years’ experience in construction and maintenance of urban
infrastructures projects, the max age to be 65 years as on 30th June 2023. - Good experience in leading the team. - Should have minimum 8 years’ experience in similar field - Candidate having experience of working in Udaipur will be preferred |

3. Waste
Water Expert – - Degree in Civil Engineering from reputed institute. - Should have experience at least two Sewerage Project with STP 50
capacity of MLD - Should have 10 years’ experience in the construction of Sewerage
Network. overall and 8 years’ experience in sewerage network designs and
construction - Should have worked on relevant area of expertise in at-least 3
similar Projects - Excellent experience in computer- based sewerage network design. -Experience in reuse of treated waste water -Should have experience of working in smart cities project in India. -Master degree in Environmental Engineering/ Construction Management
will be Preferred. |

4. Structure
Expert – -Degree in Civil Engineering and post graduate in structural
engineering from reputed institute. -Should have worked on relevant area of expertise in at-least 3 similar
projects -Should have 10 years’ experience similar field. |
|
5. Economist
/ Financial Analyst – -MBA in Finance/CA/CFA from reputed Institute. -05 years of Finance experience in the field of Financial Analysis,
Financial Management, Internal Control and Internal Auditing. -Should have a minimum of 2.5 years of experience working with the
Smart City Mission Projects. |
|
6. Institution
& Legal Expert – -Law graduate from reputed law institute. -Should have 10 years’ experience in policymaking, institutional
development with Govt. Departments. -Should have worked on relevant area of expertise in at-least 3 similar
projects |
|
7. Social
Cum GMIS Expert – -Post graduate qualification in social science or related subject from
reputed institute. -Should have worked on relevant area of expertise in at-least 3
relevant projects implementation and monitoring of resettlement plans and
resettlement frameworks for multilateral agencies. -Should have minimum 12 years’ experience in social Development, impact
Assessment, monitoring of social safeguards etc. -Should have minimum two years of experience in managing GMIS of any of
the prominent Smart City. -Should have experience of working for minimum two Smart Cities in
India. |

8. Procurement
Specialist – -Degree in Civil/ PHE or Construction Management/ Contract Management
from reputed institute. -Should have 10 years’ experience in similar field. -Should have experience at least 3 large multidisciplinary
infrastructure project in similar capacity |
|
9. Landscape
Expert – -Graduate Degree in Architecture and Post Graduate Degree in Landscape
with minimum 5 years’ experience -Should have worked on relevant area of expertise in at-least 2
relevant projects |
|
10. Urban
Lead Architect – -Post graduate in Designing/Planning / Urban Management from reputed
institute. -Should have worked on relevant area of expertise in at-least 3 similar
projects -12 years’ experience in urban planning; includes preparation of city
master plans/ Building Architecture Projects/ urban transport planning. |
|
11. Solid
Waste Management Expert – -B.Tech in Civil/Mechanical Engineering along with Post Graduation in
Environment Engineering. -Minimum 10 years relevant experience -Should have experience of working in at least 3 projects such as
Operation & Maintenance of Transfer Station, Sanitary Land fill site,
transportation of Garbage, Door to door collection, processing plant along
with experience of IT and Smart Solutions. |

12. Electrical
Engineer – -Graduate in Electrical Engineering Should have a minimum 5 years of
experience -Should have worked on relevant area of expertise in at-least 2
relevant projects such as electrical equipment, plants, utilities etc. |
|
13. Construction
Supervisor – -Graduate/diploma in civil engineering. -Should have a minimum 5 years of experience for Graduate or 8 years of
experience for Diploma holders. -Should have worked on relevant area of expertise in at-least 2
relevant projects |
|
14. Quantity
Surveyors – -Graduate/diploma in civil engineering. -Should have a minimum 5 years of experience for Graduate or 8 years of
experience for Diploma holders. -Should have worked on relevant area of expertise in at-least 2
relevant projects -Should have experience of working for minimum two smart cities in
India. |
|
15. Quality
Control Engineer – -Graduate in civil engineering. -Should have a minimum 5 years of experience in quality control -Should have worked on relevant area of expertise in at-least 2
relevant projects |
|
16. Billing
Engineer – -Graduate in civil engineering. -Should have a minimum 5 years of experience in billing of any project |
|
17. Public
Out Reach Assistants – -Graduate in Social Science/Social Development/Journalism and/or Mass
Communication -Should have a minimum 5 years of experience -Should have worked on relevant area of expertise in at-least 2
relevant projects -Should have minimum 2 years of experience with any of the prominent
Smart City in India |

18. Civil
Engineers – -Graduate in Civil Engineering Should have a minimum 5 years of
experience -Should have worked on relevant area of expertise in at-least 2
relevant projects |
|
19.Other
Support Staff- -Graduate with Computer skills and more than 5 years’ experience in
office related works. |
|
20.Autocad
Operators- -Diploma /Bachelor’s degree in Computer Technology, Architecture or
Civil Engineering. -Minimum 5 years’ experience in Building Information Modelling and
2D/3D software’s/AutoCAD/Micro Station. -Knowledge of software’s like Adobe Photoshop, Google Sketchup with
Podium/V-Ray, MS PowerPoint, Google Earth, etc. is preferable |

21.Office
Manager- -Minimum Graduate with 05 years’ experience in Office management/Record
Keeping/File Management. -Should have knowledge of Computers Applications. -Preference for good communication skill in English, preferably in
Government Department/Projects. |

22.Accounts
Manager- -B.Com. with at least 5 years’ experience in computerized Accounting,
experience with banks/ financial institutions/ Semi Government/ Government
Department/Projects is preferable |
|
23.Data
Entry cum Computer Operator- - Graduate with Computer skills and more than 5 years’ experience in
Computer and office related works. Should have knowledge of Good English and
Bilingual Typing. |

24.Surveyor/Draftsman- - Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized Institute - Experience of minimum 5 years in Civil Drafting/Surveying |
