HRI LDC, UDC & PA Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

1. Personal Assistant to Director - Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with a good command over English. Speed in shorthand @120w.p.m. and typing @60 w.p.m. Experience of working with personal computers (PCs).

Experience: Experience of 8 years out of which at least 5 years are in the pay scale of Rs.4500-7000 or above as Stenographer in Central/ State Govt./AB/PSU

2. Upper Division Clerk - Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with minimum 55% overall marks in graduation. Working knowledge of English and Hindi. Knowledge (proficiency) of word processing and computer applications is essential.

Experience: At least 3 years experience in an analogous post or 5 years experience as LDC in Central/State Govt. office/AB/PSU. Candidates should have experience in cash work including preparation of pay bills and other contingent bills.

3. Lower Division Clerk - Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university. Working knowledge of English and Hindi. Knowledge of word processing and computer applications is essential.

Experience: Knowledge of routine office procedures, financial rules and office establishment. Experience in Central/State Govt. office/AB/PSU willo be preferred.

4. Hindi Typist - Graduate degree from a recognized university. Knowledge of Hindi & English Typing with 25 words per minute speed. Knowledge of word processing and computer applications is essential.

Experience: Two years’ experience in Hindi typing work.

Age Limit: (As on 30.11.2022)

1. Personal Assistant to Director – 40 years

2. Upper Division Clerk – 30 years

3. Lower Division Clerk - 30 years

4. Hindi Typist - 30 years

 The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. HRI LDC, UDC & PA Selection Process 2022:

HRI may follow the following process to select the candidates.

Application Fee/Exam Fee for HRI LDC, UDC & PA: 

Application Fee Rs.500/- (Rupees Five hundred only) should be paid through online mode in institute’s bank account or by bank draft payable in favour of ‘Harish-Chandra Research Institute’ payable at Prayagraj (U.P.). Bank transfer / demand draft details should be mentioned in the application form and bank transfer detail receipt should be signed by the applicant and attached with the application form. The fee paid, shall not be refunded under any circumstances nor can the fee held in reserve for any other application or examination or selection. Application forms without the application fee will not be considered. Details of bank account for online payment of application fee is given below. No application fee is payable by S.C./S.T. candidates. For this relaxation, the applicants will have to attach caste (SC/ST) certificate, failing which their application may be rejected.

The application form completed in all respects along with the self-attested copies of relevant certificates in support of educational qualifications, age and experience etc. must reach to the address given below in a sealed envelope on or before 5.00 PM on 30.11.2022. The application form will be valid only in original with the ink signature of the candidate. Application forms submitted by fax, email etc. will be invalid and are not acceptable. If there is any delay in the submission of an application form due to post, courier etc., the institute will not be responsible for such delay. The applicant will be solely responsible for such delays.
