NIBM JE & Project Engineer Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

1. Project Engineer - B.E or equivalent (Civil/ Electrical/Mechanical) with more than 12 years’ relevant experience, at mid to senior level, in management of construction projects. Or Diploma in Engineering (Civil/ Electrical/Mechanical) with more than 20 years’ experience working, at the minimum level of Junior Engineer, with any PSUs or Government organizations. In case of retired candidate, the candidate should have held the position of Assistant Engineer at the time of retirement. The candidate should have good knowledge in contract management, hands-on experience of MS Office and relevant software. Good written and communication skills are expected. Preference will be given to candidates having similar work experience with PSUs, Government organizations /Banks, Educational Institute. Proficiency in local language will be preferred.

2. Senior Executive Officer (Administration) – The candidate should have minimum post-graduate degree with postqualification relevant work experience of minimum 10 years. MBA in Personnel/ HR/ Administration or LLB/ PG Diploma in Management with a good academic record throughout will be highly desirable. Should have handled similar administrative responsibilities preferably in reputed residential Academic/ Training institution/ University/ Commercial organization of national/ international repute. Relevant experience of working in middle management level with sound knowledge of Central Government Rules and proficiency in Computer operations, and work experience in IT enabled environment is desirable. Efficient MS Office skills (including MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) and experience in ERP, Document Management Systems or such relevant softwares are desired. The candidate should have good hands-on experience of MS Office and relevant softwares. Preference will be given to candidates having similar work experience with PSUs, Government organizations /Banks, Educational Institute. Interested NIBM employees may also apply. NIBM is the apex Institution for research, training and consultancy in banking and finance located at Kondhwe Khurd, Pune. The Institute provides advanced training in Banking and Finance to Officers/Executives of Banks and conducts Research in Banking and Finance. NIBM also conducts a Two Year Post-Graduate Diploma in Management (Banking and Financial Services) (PGDM-B&FS) which is recognized by the AICTE. The Institute offers Online Certification courses in few specialised areas for working professionals in Banks/ Financial Institutions etc. The Institute invites applications from interested person to fill up the position of Senior Executive Officer (Administration). The incumbent shall be responsible for administrative matters pertaining to General Administration including Board matters, Personnel, Legal, Purchase & Stores, Office, Secretarial, Computer Service Centre, Estate, Programme Offices etc. NIBM invites applications from suitable candidates for the position of Senior Executive Officer (Administration). He / She should have excellent verbal and written communication skills including drafting of agenda, resolutions, minutes, reports, agreements, etc. Proficiency in local language will be preferred. Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines, excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.

3. Executive Officer (Systems and ERP) – The candidate should be a BE (Computer or IT) or MCA or MCM with good academic record, with relevant post-qualification experience of minimum 7 years. Formal experience in ERP will be highly desirable.

4. Executive Officer (Publications) – The candidate should be Post-graduation in English Literature/ Mass Media Communications. Fluency in English language is a must. Relevant qualifications in publishing, printing technology, social media communications with relevant post-qualification experience of minimum 10 (ten) years. Relaxations and concessions in eligibility conditions, if any, will be at the sole discretion of NIBM under exceptional cases. Similar experience with academic institution or a publishing house with well-developed understanding of editorial, prepress (DTP) and print production processes. Expert editing skills, especially experience in editing research based papers, including mathematical equations, charts, tables and figures. Management Skills in publishing, experience in scheduling, managing work flows, supervising publishing functions, coordinating workloads of graphic designers, interacting with editors, printing press, knowledge of paper quality, to be used, etc. Knowledge of prepress software, experience with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. NIBM is the apex Institution for Research, Training and Consultancy in Banking and Finance, located at Kondhwe Khurd, Pune. The Institute provides advanced training to officers/executives of Banks, conducts research and conducts Online Certification courses in few specialized areas for working professionals in Banks/ Financial Institutions. The Institute offers a Two Year PostGraduate Diploma in Management (Banking and Financial Services) which is recognized by the AICTE. The Institute has two reputed quarterly journals published in print form, books and monographs, research reports and working papers, PG Prospectus and Placement Brochure, besides about 120 training programme brochures are printed every year. Page 2 of 3 Exceptional written communication skills and ability to work in a multitasking environment. Ability to liaise effectively and professionally with editors, faculty, senior management, external printers and suppliers.

5. Catering Supervisor – The candidate should have completed 3 /4 year degree/diploma course in Hospitality/Hotel Management from reputed colleges/institutions with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

6. Junior Engineer (Electrical) – The candidate should be having Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering to work as Junior Electrical Engineer in the Estate and Maintenance Department of the Institute. The candidate should have relevant experience of at least 5 or more years in academic or similar institution having residential campus. Candidates with knowledge and experience of MS Office will be preferred. Good written and communication skills are expected.

7. Junior Engineer (System Administration) – The candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent with minimum 5 years relevant experience and having good knowledge of networking, configuring servers, firewalls, etc.Candidates having Certification in Hardware, Networking or relevant technical qualifications from any Govt or recognized Institute/ Polytechnic will be preferred. The candidate should have relevant experience of at least 5 or more years in academic or similar institution having residential campus. Candidates with knowledge and experience of MS Office will be preferred. Good written and communication skills are expected.

8. Office Assistants – The candidate should be a minimum Graduate in any discipline, Diploma/Certificate course in MS Office/Tally/any ERP System would be preferred. Good Knowledge and skill in Windows Operating System & MS Office with good typing speed of 40/50 WPM. The candidate should have minimum three years’ experience in Administrative work. Previous experience in working on ERP environment would be an added advantage. Very good written and communication skills are expected. Knowledge of stenography and Government Commercial Certificate in typing can be of additional advantage.

9. Accounts Assistants – The candidate should be a minimum B. Com. Those having relevant course on bookkeeping and accounting would be an added advantage. Basic knowledge on direct and indirect taxation with knowledge and experience of Tally package. The candidate should have minimum three years’ experience as Accounts Assistant with basic accounting knowledge like types of accounts, debit, credit, booking of expenditure etc. Hands on experience on Tally and ability to grasp and work with new software, experience of working on ERP environment would be an added advantage. Candidates with knowledge and experience of MS Office will be preferred. Good written and communication skills are expected.

10. Library Assistants – The candidate should be a Graduate / Post-graduate in Library & Information Science (B. Lib. I. Sc. / M. Lib. I. Sc.) from recognized University. Well versed with MS-Office, Library software and Diploma Certificate Course in IT is preferred. The candidate should have relevant experience of at least 3 or more years in academic library or of similar institution. The candidate with adequate knowledge in the library system, services and hands on experience in a fairly largelibrary and skills for library intranet development, Institutional Repository, Digital Library will be an added advantage. Good written and communication skills are expected.

11. Drivers – The candidate should be minimum HSC and must have valid driving license of LMV and HMV. • Minimum three years’ experience in corporate offices. • Excellent practical driving skills. • Knowledge of Pune city/Mumbai streets/addresses. • Ability and willingness to work within tight deadlines, flexible schedule/ rotational shifts and location. • A very good familiarity with traffic laws and regulations. • Understanding of motor vehicle engine functionality. • Practical skills in maintaining log book of mileage, no. of trips, etc. • Demonstrate high level of integrity and professionalism. • Able to speak and write in Hindi and local language; understanding of English would be preferred. • Should be courteous to interact with guests (including foreigners) and clients respectfully and amicably; assist/help passengers when loading/unloading their luggage.

12. Audio - Video Technician – The candidate should have Graduate Degree in audio visual technology or HSC with Diploma or Certificate Course in audio visual technology from any Govt recognized Institute. Candidates must have minimum 5 years’ relevant experience.

The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules.
