Educational
Qualification:

1. Consultant
(Scientific/Technical- Medical/ Non-medical) - Medical: 1. MBBS professionals with MD (Community Medicine / PSM) OR DNB
(Epidemiology) OR PhD (Epidemiology / Public Health / Operational Research)
OR Masters (Epidemiology / Public Health). 2. Published Papers. Non-medical: 1. MPH/ PhD (Epidemiology/Public Health) with relevant R&D Experience.
2. Published Papers. Desirable Qualification and Experience: - Experience in working in community-based projects especially in the
field of Tuberculosis - Knowledge of Tuberculosis and National health programs - Knowledge of Computer applications and statistical packages - Experience in report writing and publications - Fluency in Hindi |

2. Project
Research Assistant – 1. Graduate in Sociology / Social Work / Social Sciences / Life
Sciences from a recognized University with three years work experience in
public health project / health care management from a recognized institution.
(OR) 2. Master’s degree in Sociology / Social Work / Social Sciences / Life
Sciences / Public Health / Epidemiology from a recognized university. Desirable Qualification and Experience: - Experience in working in community-based projects - Fluency in Hindi |

3. Project
Technician II – 1. High School or equivalent with five year experience in related field
from a Government Institution or recognized Institute or certificate of one
year training in relevant area or ITI or National Trade Certificate of
National Council for Vocational Training and Successful completion ATS in
relevant trade from a Government recognized board. Note: Intermediate with
science subject and B.Sc shall be treated as equivalent to 2 and 3 year
experience respectively. Desirable Qualification and Experience: - Experience in data collection or working in community-based projects.

How to apply
for ICMR – NIE Project Technician Post:
1) The candidates applying for
the post should first confirm their eligibility as per Advertisement on the
website of the Institute i.e. nie.gov.in. They should also ensure that they
have a valid personal e-mail ID and mobile number. Candidate should note that
the email ID and mobile number are to be kept active during the recruitment
process.
2) All eligible candidates
willing to apply in response to this advertisement notice should visit NIE
Recruitment Portal and register himself / herself before the last date. For
applying the project posts, one should select advertisement number of this
notice and fill other details i.e. post applied for, Name of candidate, Date of
birth, category, e-mail ID, mobile number etc. Upon successful registration,
the user name/application number and password will be sent to the e-mail ID
used during registration.
3) Candidate(s) should note
that no edit option will be available to them after saving the application finally.
Therefore, the candidates are advised to fill all the details regarding name,
category, qualification, experience etc. carefully. Candidates are also advised
to ensure that they have uploaded the correct photograph.
4) Filled application along
