AAICLAS Senior Security Screener Eligibility Criteria:
Educational
Qualification:

1. Senior
Security Screener (Certified) – For Senior
Security Screener (Certified) :- a) 10+2 / Intermediate/ 12th or equivalent from any recognized
Board/University/Institution. b)
Essential:- (i) Possess valid BCAS Basic
AVSEC (13 days) Certificate; (ii) Possess valid BCAS Screener Certification (Standalone or ILHBS)
(atleast valid till 30.06.2023) (iii) Valid Dangerous Goods Certification. (iv) Ability to read/speak English, Hindi and/or conversant with local
language Experience: Minimum 12 years (fifteen years) in Certified Screener functioning in
Aviation Industry with all the above valid certifications. |

2. Manager
(AVSEC Auditor) and Manager (AVSEC Instructor) – For Manager
(AVSEC Auditor) (a) Graduation or equivalent from any recognized
University/Institution. (b) Minimum 3 years Experience as AVSEC Auditor. (c) Appropriate knowledge of guidelines issued by ICAO; IATA; BCAS
& DGCA (d) Good Knowledge of operating/working on Information Technology (e)
The candidate must possesses BCAS Certified valid AVSEC Auditor
Certification, which should be valid till 30.06.2023. (f) Preference will be given to candidates having both valid AVSEC Auditor
& AVSEC Instructor certification and DGR Instructor. (g) Maximum Age 48 years or below. (Medically fit as per BCAS
Guidelines) (h) Leadership quality, Presentation
Skills. (i) Period of engagement – 3 years FOR MANAGER
(AVSEC INSTRUCTOR) (a) Graduation or equivalent from any recognized
University/Institution. (b) Minimum 3 years Experience as AVSEC Instructor. (c) Appropriate knowledge of guidelines issued by ICAO; IATA; BCAS

as per rules, wherever applicable. All relaxations shall be subject to
submission of valid certificate issued by appropriate government.
