IREL Manager Eligibility Criteria:
Educational
Qualification:

1. Manager
(Legal) Post Code-1 - Graduation in Law
(LLB) (3 years duration) or its equivalent Minimum Experience (in years): Minimum 9 years of post qualification experience in dealing with
issues pertaining to Contract Management, Arbitration &conciliation,
Mines and Minerals, land acquisition, environment laws, civil & labour
matters in the legal department of Govt./ PSU/Industrial Organisation / Law
Firm. Knowledge of working in automated environment and proficiency in office
automation tools is essential. |

2. Manager
(Sales) Post Code-2 - Engineering Graduate
i.e. B.E. / B.Tech / B. Sc. Engg. or M.Tech in Geo-exploration/ Geo-Science. Minimum Experience (in years): Minimum 9 Years post qualification executive experience in
Institutional Sales & Marketing, Export and Trading/Services. Exposure in
minerals business will be preferred. Computer literacy with exposure in
market research, MIS and planning for marketing of minerals / chemicals will
be an added advantage. |

3. Manager
(Electrical) Post Code-3 - Engineering Graduate
i.e. B.E. / B.Tech / B. Sc. Engg. or its equivalent in Electrical Minimum Experience (in years): Minimum 9 Years post qualification executive experience in Electrical
maintenance of large manufacturing setups. Knowledge of working in automated
environment and proficiency in office automation tools is essential. |

4. Manager
(Projects) Post Code-4 - Engineering Graduate
i.e. B.E. / B.Tech / B. Sc. Engg. or its equivalent Minimum Experience (in years): Minimum 09 years post qualification executive experience in Project
Management of Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Projects. Candidates possessing
PMP/PRINCE2 certification shall be given preference. Knowledge of working in
automated environment and proficiency in office automation tools is
essential. |

Manager (Mining) Post Code-5 - Engineering
Graduate i.e. B.E. / B.Tech in Mining and Second Class Mines Manager’s
Certificate of Competency under MMR1961 issued by DGMS. Minimum Experience (in years):Minimum 5 Years post qualification executive experience in Nonferrous /
Metalliferrous Mines. Knowledge of working in automated environment and
proficiency in office automation tools is essential. |

IREL Manager Selection Process 2022:
The
mode of selection for eligible applicants for various posts in Executive Cadre
would be through Interview/Psychometric test/group Exercise or combinations
thereof.

Fee/Exam Fee for IREL Manager:

Non-refundable Application Fee of ₹ 472/- (Rupees Four Hundred and
Seventy Two only)(inclusive of GST) are required to be paid by candidates at
the time of submission of online Application Form. Candidates can opt to pay
either through internet banking account or Credit/ Debit card. No other mode
of payment of Application Fee would be accepted. Application Fee once paid
will not be refunded under any circumstances. Candidates are, therefore,
advised to verify their eligibility before payment of Application Fee. Note: SC/ST/PwBD/ESM category candidates, Women and Internal candidates
are exempted from payment of Application Fee. |
