worker Eligibility
Criteria:
Educational
Qualification:

1. Center
Administrator - A Women having a Law
degree/ Masters in Social Work with at least 5 years experience of working on
violence against women issues in an administrative set-up with a Government
or Non - Government project/ Programme and preferably with at least 1 years
experience of counselling either within or outside the same set-up. She
should be a resident of the local community so that local human resource and
expertise is utilised for effective functioning of the centre. |

2. Case
Worker - Bachelor
Degree in Social Work, Counselling Psychology or Development Management with
a minimum 1 year working experience in the field of violence against women
issues. Only women candidates may apply. As OSC functions 24*7 candidates
have to work in 3 shifts. The candidate should be resident of the local
community. |

3. Multipurpose
worker - The
Multi-purpose helper should have minimum qualification 10" std and
experience working in Shelter Homes / House Keeping. The Candidate should also
know to cook. Only women candidates may apply. As OSC functions 24*7
candidates have to work in 2 Shifts. The candidate should be resident of the
local community. |

4. Security
Guard - The Security Guard should
have minimum qualification 10th std and 2 years of experience of working as
security personnel. Only women candidates may apply. As OSC functions 24*7
candidates have to work in shifts. The candidate should be resident of the
local community. |
