NHM TN DEO & Assistant Eligibility Criteria:
Educational
Qualification:
1. State
Consultant – Public Health - A Medical Graduate (MBBS), Dental Graduate (BDS), AYUSH Graduate and
ParaMedical Graduates with Post Graduate Degree in Public Health, Community
Health, Preventive and Social Medicine, Epidemiology or equivalent. - Previous work experience at the National/State/Districts level or in
any Government Organisations will be an advantage. - A minimum of 1 (One) year post qualification experience is desirable
for Medical Graduates (MBBS) and a minimum of 2 (Two) years post
qualification experience is desirable for non – MBBS (BDS, AYUSH &
others) graduates in Health Systems Research or in Planning and
Implementation of service delivery. - Demonstrated experience in planning and strategy development with
policy and / or demonstrated experience in operationalizing health programme
at field level / working in strengthening district level health systems. - Published work in the area of health systems or public health is
preferable. - Computer proficiency with high level of familiarity with commonly
used packages like MS Word, Excel, Power Point; any other computerized
statistical/analytical package is highly desirable. - Good oral presentation and writing skills. - Demonstrated managerial skills and be able to lead a team. |
2. Server
Administrator - 1. Bachelor (4-year) degree, with a technical major, such as
engineering or computer science (B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech in CS/IT), MCA , M.Sc
(Computer Science / Information Technology) 2. Systems Administration/ System Engineer certification in Solaris or
Linux - OEM Certification only 3. Should possess knowledge in Linux OS – Installation, Administration
and Troubleshooting 4. Should possess knowledge in SUN Solaris 9 and above – Installation,
Administration and Troubleshooting with SUN SPARC Entry Level and Mid-Range
Servers. 5. Experience on implementing SUN Volume Manager (SVM) and Veritas
Volume Manager 5.x. 6. Hands-on Experience in Maintenance and troubleshooting with SUN
StorEdge Tape Libraries C4 & C2 and SUN RAY Thin Clients server
connectivity with SUN RAY Server Software 4. 7. Strong knowledge of hardware and software configurations, including
clustering technologies, complex storage technologies and multi-domain
systems 8. Good knowledge in SQL and PostgreSQL – Database Management 9. Knowledge of writing SQL and Postgres Queries 10. Good knowledge IP Network design skill set 11. Good knowledge about IP Network Devices and components (Router and
Switches) IP routing Protocol (OSPF and BGP), LAN switching (STP, VTP), WAN
(Modem, Leased Line, L2 Circuit and Ethernet Circuits) Network Security, L2, L3
VPN, MPLS WiFi and RF devices and components 12. Knowledge of DDOS deduction and mitigation solution 13.Sound knowledge in networking related to server management |
3. Software
Programmers - 1. BE / B.Tech / M.Sc(CS / IT ) / MCA / M.Tech Minimum 3 years’
Experience 2. Experience in Software Code Development for Web and Mobile Apps /
Automated Software deployment in physical server, cloud infrastructure for
major projects and have proficiency in version control systems like Git/SVN/CVS
3. Proficient in deployment tools like Puppet, Ansible etc. Log
analysis tools like Grafna, Kibana etc. Docker / Container based development
platforms. 4. Proficient in application stacks like LAMP, JBoss, .Net, MEAN, etc.
Programming languages like Php, Java, .Net, Angular JS, Python, R, Shell
Script, Ruby etc., 5. Knowledge in native mobile application development would be
necessary. 6. Idea of NoSQl solutions would be an added advantage. 7. Should be well informed of the latest technology development in
hardware and software. 8. Experience in Application development / data handling and processing
on technology platforms like ESRI ArcGIS / ERDAS etc. will be preferred. 9. Experience in designing web sites / portal projects. 10. Must posses detailed knowledge and experience of using Open Source
Design tools and technologies like GIMP, InkSpace, MyPaint etc. Authority
tools like NotePad++, Eclipse, SubLimeText, Atom, etc. 11. Must posses knowledge in quality assurance, test planning, testing
techniques, reporting and resolving the errors, querying databases, operating
an test automation tool, programming a test. Etc. 12. Proficient in testing tools like Jmeter, etc and Bug tracking tools
like Bugzilla etc. 13. Proficient in finalisation of the User Acceptance Process and
criteria. 14. Ability to do performance and security testing for web and mobile
applications. |
4. LIMS IT
Coordinator-SPMU - - MCA / B.Tech / B.E (Biomedical Engineering) / MSc (Biomedical
Engineering), MSc (MLT) with One year experience in the field of Medical
Laboratory services will be preferred. - Previous work experience at the National/State/Districts level or in

Assistant - - Graduate in Statistics/ PG Degree in Computer Applications / - 2-3 years’ experience in the Government / private / NGO sector - Data base management Working knowledge of computer (MS Office) is
mandatory Knowledge, Skills and Abilities, Logical thinking. - Proficiency in English and Tamil - Analytical knowledge including statistical analysis skills - Knowledge of computers for statistical analysis, word processing and
spread sheets. - Ability to understand and address development related issues |
7. Accountant
- AYUSH - Essential: B.Com Graduate
orB.Sc.Statistics graduate with experience in maintaining data, accounts and
records with knowledge in computer, tally and data analysis. Desirable: M.Com
/ M.Sc. Biostatistics |
8. Assistant
- 1. Any Degree with computer knowledge in MS Office, 2. Typewriting in Tamil & English both higher 3. Minimum 3 years’ experience in Government / Quasi Government /
