ICMR-NITM Technician Eligibility Criteria:
Educational
Qualification:
|
1. Research
Associate-I - M.Sc / M.Pharm / Pharm D / ME
/ M.Tech with 3 years of research experience. OR Ph.D / MD / MS / MDS or
equivalent degree Desirable: Pharm D / Ph.D / MPH/ MBBS/ MD with research experience in the
relevant area NET / GATE / GPAT qualified candidates will be given preference |

2. Senior
Research Fellow - M.Sc (Life Sciences)
/ MA (Social Sciences) / Master in Social Work degree holders with two years
research experience OR MBBS/BDS/MVSc/M.Pharm / Pharm D / MPH / M.E / M.TECH
degree holders Desirable: NET/GATE / GPAT qualified candidates will be given preference |

3. Technician
/ Field Assistant - Intermediate or 12th
Pass from recognized board with five years experience in related field from a
Govt. institution or recognized institute or certificate of one year training
in the relevant area (*intermediate with Science subjects and BSc shall be
treated as equivalent to 2 and 3 years experience respectively.) Desirable: 12th / PUC Science subject/ MPH with experience in the relevant area
will be given preference |

4. Lab.
Technician / Xray Technician - 12th pass in
science subjects and two years diploma in Medical Laboratory Technician or
PMW or radiology/radiography or related subject OR One year DMLT with one
year experience in a recognized organization or two years field / laboratory
experience or animal house keeping in govt. recognized organization. Desirable: 12th pass /Degree in science subjects and two years diploma in Medical
Laboratory Technician or PMW or radiology/radiography with experience in
relevant work will be given preference |

5. Technician
–C (Lab Technician) - 12th Pass in Science
Subjects AND Two years Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technician (DMLT) or
relevant subject or one year Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technician (DMLT)
plus one year experience in a recognized organization or 2 years laboratory
experience. *B.Sc Degree shall be treated as 3 years experience. Desirable: B.Sc in Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) |

The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for

rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt.

Salary Details:

Associate-I - Rs. 47,000/- plus HRA per month |

Research Fellow - Rs. 35,000/- plus HRA per month |

/ Field Assistant - Rs. 17,000/-pm consolidated |

Technician / Xray Technician - Rs. 18,000/-pm

Candidates willing to apply for
the post may download application form from the ICMR-NITM website
(www.icmrnitm.res.in). Duly filled hardcopy of the application affixing recent
passport size colored photograph along with self-attested copies of all
relevant certificates and experience should be sent to The Director,
ICMR-National Institute of Traditional Medicine, Nehru Nagar, Belagavi-590010
before 05.00 PM of 21.12.2022 While sending applications, candidates should
attach the application form, along with documents related to education and
experience in chronological order. Late received applications will not be
considered. Only short-listed candidates will be called for Interview
(offline/online), no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
