Educational
Qualification:

1. Field Engineer/ Officer - Civil- Full time Degree in Civil engineering from a recognized
university/institution of India |

2. Field Engineer/ Officer -Mechanical- Full time Degree in Mechanical engineering from a recognized
university/institution of India |

3. Field Engineer/ Officer -Electrical- Full time Degree in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics
engineering from a recognized university/institution of India |

4. Field Engineer/ Officer -Environment- Full time Regular B. Tech /B.E. in Environment Engineering OR two
years full time regular Post Graduate Degree in Environmental Engineering/
Environmental Science from recognized University/Institution of India |

5. Field Engineer/ Officer -F&A- CA/ICWA-CMA/Two years full time MBA with specialization in Finance |

6. Field Engineer/ Officer -HR- Graduate with two years full time MBA/Post Graduate Diploma with

The
Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for
Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC
PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper

SJVN Field Engineer Selection Process 2022:
The
Selection process consists of Computer Based Test/Written followed by Group
Discussion and Personal Interview. Marks obtained in CBT/Written Test shall
carry weightage of 75 %, Group Discussion weightage of 10% and Personal
Interview shall carry weightage of 15%. The candidates will have to choose from
following test centres:

Shimla/ Mandi/ Bilaspur/ Kullu/ Kangra/ Hamirpur/ Solan
Candidates
shall be required to choose any two test centers as preference-1 and
preference2 Test Centers and no change in any circumstance will be considered
subsequently. However, SJVN reserves the right to add/delete any test center
and allocate any center to the candidates. Computer Based Test: The test will
be in two parts, Part-I will consist of 120 multiple choice questions of the
relevant discipline and Part-II will consist of 30 multiple choice questions on
Executive Aptitude. Minimum qualifying marks in CBT shall be 40% for SC/ST/PWD
candidates & 50% for others.
Application Fee:

- General/EWS and OBC category candidates
are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs 600/- + GST@18%
for engagement as Field Engineer/Officers. SC/ST/PWD candidates are exempted
from the payment of Application Fee. - Application fee will be paid through
online mode i.e. Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking etc. There will not be
any other mode of payment of application fee. In case a candidate deposits
the fee in any wrong account or through any other mode, SJVN will not be
responsible for non-receipt of application fee. Fee once paid will not be
refunded under any circumstances. Candidates are therefore advised to verify
their eligibility conditions before applying. |
