EIL AGM & DGM Eligibility Criteria:
Eligibility
& Desired Qualification/ Experience as on 30.11.2022:

1. Deputy
General Manager - B.E./B. Tech/B. Sc.
(Engg.) in Metallurgy/Mechanical Engineering with minimum 60% marks Post Qualification Experience: Minimum 19 Years’ experience with major experience in Design
Engineering and Commissioning/Operation of Steel Plant |

2. Assistant
General Manager - B.E./B. Tech/B. Sc.
(Engg.) in Metallurgy/Mechanical Engineering with minimum 60% marks Post Qualification Experience: Minimum 16 Years’ experience with major experience in Design
Engineering and Commissioning/Operation of Steel Plant |

3. Senior
Manager - B.E./B. Tech/B. Sc. (Engg.) in
Metallurgy/Mechanical Engineering with minimum 65% marks Post Qualification Experience: Minimum 12 Years’ experience with major experience in Design

The mode of
selection for the position will be through interview, generally at Delhi or
through video conferencing. (Venue/Mode of Interview shall be intimated
separately to the shortlisted candidates).
