JIPMER Cook & Technical Assistant Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

1. Technical Assistant (Nuclear Medicine) - (1) Degree in Nuclear Medicine / Nuclear Medicine Technology approved by AERB from a recognized Institution / University. (OR) (2) Degree in Physics / Chemistry / Bio-chemistry / Microbiology / Life Sciences with Postgraduate Diploma in Medical Radiation and Isotope Technology (DMRIT) approved by AERB from a recognized Institution / University.

2. Cook - Essential Qualification: i) 10th Standard pass from recognized School/Boards. ii) Basic skill course of 08 weeks in Food Production from Govt. recognized institute. Must have undergone apprenticeship after clearing the basic skill course.

3. Audiologist cum Speech Therapist - Essential Qualification: B.Sc. Degree in Speech & Language sciences OR B.Sc. Degree in Audiology, Speech and Language Pathology (BASLP) from a recognized University or its equivalent. AND Must be registered with Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) Experience: Two years working experience in a recognized center as Audiologist or speech & Language Pathology (SLP). Desirable: Knowledge of Tamil.

4. Anaesthesia Technician - Essential Qualification: 1. Degree in Anaesthesia Technology from a recognized Institution / Hospital. OR 1. Diploma in Anaesthesia Technology (2 years course) from a recognized Institution / Hospital. 2. One year experience in handling Anaesthesia equipment's.

5. Medical Laboratory Technologist - Essential Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science with 2 years relevant experience.

Age Limit:

1. Technical Assistant (Nuclear Medicine) - Not exceeding 35 Years

2. Cook - Not exceeding 25 Years

3. Audiologist cum Speech Therapist - Not exceeding 30 Years

4. Anaesthesia Technician - Not exceeding 30 Years

5. Medical Laboratory Technologist - Not exceeding 30 Years

Salary Details:

1. Technical Assistant (Nuclear Medicine) - Rs.25,000/- Per Month

2. Cook - Rs.18,000/- Per Month

3. Audiologist cum Speech Therapist - Rs.20,000/- Per Month

4. Anaesthesia Technician - Rs.20,000/- Per Month

5. Medical Laboratory Technologist - Rs.20,000/- Per Month

JIPMER may follow the following process to select the candidates.
