ICMR-NIMR Project Technician Eligibility Criteria:
Educational
Qualification:

1. Research
Assistant - Graduate Degree in Life
Science subjects from a recognized university with three years work
experience from a recognized institution Or Master’s degree in Life Science
subjects. Desirable qualification: Experience in molecular biology, laboratory work etc. Knowledge of
computer application. |
|
2. Project
Technician-I - High School* or equivalent with
one year experience in Public Health from a Government institution or
recognized institute or certificate of one year training in Public Health.
*Intermediate with science subjects shall be treated as equivalent to 2
years’ experience. Desirable
qualification: Experience in mosquito
collection, field survey and/or experience in vector borne disease. |

3. Project
Technician I - High School* or equivalent with
one year experience in Public Health from a Government institution or
recognized institute or certificate of one year training in Public Health.
*Intermediate with science subjects shall be treated as equivalent to 2
years’ experience. Desirable

ICMR-NIMR Project Technician Selection Process 2023:
ICMR-NIMR may follow the
following process to select the candidates.

1. Walk in
interview |
|
2. Personal
discussion |
|
1. Interview
will be held on the same day after registration and verification of
documents. No candidate will be allowed to enter after scheduled date and
time. 2. If there
are more than 30 candidates against any post, written examination will be
conducted and shortlisted candidates will be considered for
interview/personal discussion on the same day. The written examination will
be conducted only for shortlisting of candidates and the selection would be
based on the performance in the interview/personal discussion only. |
How to apply
for ICMR-NIMR Project Technician Post:
Interested and eligible
candidates possessing the aforementioned Essential Qualification only may
appear for Walk-in-Interview in the Institute with all Original and
self-attested copies of all certificate/testimonials and valid identity proof
(Voter ID card/ PAN Card/Driving License/Passport/Aadhar Card) and one passport
size photograph. No candidate will be allowed to appear in the Interview
without the Original Certificates.
