TMC Scientific Officer Eligibility Criteria:
Educational
Qualification:
|
1. Engineer
‘E’ (Civil) - Full time B.E./B.Tech. in
Civil Engineering with minimum 60% marks in aggregate from AICTE approved
college with minimum 18 years post qualification practical experience in
construction and maintenance of RCC multistoried hospitals, hotels,
laboratories, office complex & housing colonies. Out of minimum required
experience, at least 09 years experience should be building construction. The
candidate should have proficiency in estimation, budgeting tendering, CPWD
work procedures, MS Office, project management, co-ordination with Civil, MEP
& HVAC works. Candidates with less than 18 years but more than 10 years
experience will be considered for next lower post. |

2. Scientific
Officer ‘E’ (Cancer Cytogenetic Lab) - M.D./Ph.D. in Applied Biology/Biotechnology/Life Sciences /
Biochemistry / Zoology / Microbiology OR Related field from a recognized University
with minimum 03 years experience after M.D./Ph.D. in Cancer Cytogenetic area.
Candidates with less than 3 years experience after M.D./Ph.D. will be
considered for lower grade if there are no suitably experienced candidates. |

3. Scientific
Officer ‘E’ (Clinical Research) - Ph.D. in relevant field with minimum 03 years' of experience in
relevant field. |
|
4. Scientific
Officer ‘D’ (Nuclear Medicine) (Radiation Safety Officer Level III) - M.Sc. plus D.M.R.I.T. / P.G.D.F.I.T. or M.Sc. Nuclear Medicine. Must
passed the RSO II & RSO -III (high dose therapy) exam of RPAD/AERB with
minimum 7 years of experience post PGDFIT/ DMRIT/ M.Sc. Nuclear Medicine in
clinical Nuclear Medicine Department. If at the time of PGDFIT/DMRIT, the
candidate was possessing only a B.Sc degree, the Experience required Post
M.Sc degree will be 7 years. Certificate of RSO Level III of Nuclear Medicine
is mandatory. |

5. Scientific
Officer ‘C’ (Hematopathology) - Post Graduate
Degree in Biological Sciences including Biotechnology or equivalent with One
year hands on documented training experience in Molecular Techniques after
post-graduation. Candidates trained in Sequencing Techniques and RQ-PCR will
be preferred. |
|
6. Medical
Physicist ‘C’ - M.Sc. (Physics) and
Diploma in Radiological Physics or Equivalent AERB approved qualifications
& Certification of Radiological Safety Officer from AERB with 01 year
clinical experience as Medical Physicist with state of art technology.
Computer programming skills in C++, MATLAB, Python etc. is desirable. |

7. Scientific
Officer ‘C’ (Clinical Research) - PG Science Degree with M.Sc Clinical Research and at least 3 years'
experience in clinical research of which at least one year experience in
Project Management is mandatory. Candidate should have working knowledge of accounting
practices and negotiation skills. The candidate should also have experience
of working in a multidisciplinary team and experience with coordinating
multiple sites across the country will be preferred. |

8. Scientific
Officer ‘Sb’ (Occupational Therapy) - Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from recognized university with
minimum one year experience in relevant field. |
|
9. Scientific
Officer ‘SB’ (Computer Programmer) - B.E./M.Sc./MCS/MCA with minimum 50% marks from a Govt. recognized
University with minimum 2 years' programming experience in a Client / Server
environment is mandatory. Candidate must have good practical knowledge of
Visual Basic, SQL, Crystal Report & RDBMS. Working knowledge of AS/400,
DB2, Web Technology/Web development tools, skills on ASP/VB Script, JAVA,
JAVA Script etc. is advantageous. |

10. Scientific
Officer ‘Sb’ (Medical Records) - MSc and Post
Graduate Diploma in Medical Records Technology from Government recognized
Institute with 01 year experience after post-graduation in Medical Records in
a hospital setup. |
|
11. Scientific
Officer ‘Sb’ (Library) - Master Degree in
Library and Information Science / Master of Library Science with 50% marks
from a recognized university with consistently good academic record. Minimum
5-7 years post qualification experience as Jr. Librarian / Assistant
Librarian. Need to work in shifts too. Knowledge of computers & related
information technology library management systems. Experience in digital
environment, good communication skills (written & oral) in English,
Strong interpersonal & intrapersonal skills is desirable. Knowledge of
management of e-databases, electronic services & experience of automated
searches is desirable. |

12. Scientific
Officer ‘Sb’ (Molecular Pathology) - M.Sc.(Botany/ Zoology/Biochemistry / Applied Biology/ Life Sciences/
Biotechnology/ Microbiology/ Medical Microbiology/ Medical Genetics) or M.
Tech (Biotechnology/ Life Sciences) with minimum 60% marks from a recognized
institute with at least 01 year experience in Clinical Diagnostic Laboratory
of a large hospital/ Diagnostic Centre in Histopathology,
Immunohistochemistry and/or Molecular Pathology. Candidates with proficiency
in English language, Computer Skills and who are well conversant with Quality
Assurance, Accreditation related process will be given reference.
Applications will not be considered for candidates having M.Sc by any
distance courses, correspondence course or from any open university courses. |

13. Scientific
Officer ‘Sb’ (Radiodiagnosis) - MSc
(Radiological Imaging Technology) from a recognized University with minimum
01 year Internship/ experience from a large hospital with experience in CT
and MRI. |
|
14. Scientific
Officer ‘Sb’ (Microbiology) - M.Sc.
(Microbiology / Biotechnology) with minimum 50% and degree or Diploma in
Medical Laboratory Technology (M.L.T.) from recognized institute with 01 year
experience in an institutional clinical Microbiology Department. |
|
15. Scientific
Officer ‘Sb’ (Pharmacy) - Bachelors degree in
Pharmacy with State Pharmacy Council registration and Post-Graduate degree/
diploma in Material Management / Business Administration from reputed
Institute with 01 year experience post MBA in a functioning dispensary of a
minimum 300 bedded hospital. The incumbent must have adequate knowledge of
computerized operations, inventory management, well versed in FDA rules and
procedures as per Drugs and Cosmetics Act. |

16. Scientific
Officer ‘Sb’ (Civil) - Full time B.E./
B.Tech in Civil Engineering with First class from AICTE approved College /
University with minimum 03 years' post qualification experience in
Construction or Maintenance of Institutional Buildings / Commercial Buildings
/ Residential Complex with exposure in quantity estimation, site supervision,
quality assurances etc. |

17. Scientific
Officer ‘Sb’ (Biochemistry) - M.Sc.
(Botany/ Zoology/ Chemistry/ Biochemistry/ Biotechnology) and preferably with
a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from a recognized institute with
at least 01 year experience (after PG) in Clinical
Laboratory of a large Hospital / Diagnostic Centre. Well acquainted with
Biochemistry auto analyzers and can interpretate. Serum Protein
Electrophoresis results. Candidates with proficiency in English language,
Computer Skills and who are well conversant with Accreditation related
process will be given preference. |

Candidates
who would be called for Interview / Written Examination / Skill Test are

such applicants will not be allowed to appear for Interview / Written
Examination / Skill Test.
