1. Engineer
(Mining) - Full-Time Degree in Mining
Engineering (B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc-4 years) from recognized University/ Institute.
Valid First-Class Manager’s Certificate from DGMS. Experience: Post Qualification Experience of 1 year in Executive/Officer Cadre in
field of Coal Mining |

2. Geologist
- Full Time M.Tech/ M.Sc in Applied
Geology or equivalent preferably with specialization in Engineering Geology
from recognized Indian university or Institute recognized by appropriate
statutory authority in India with not less than 60% marks Experience: Post Qualification Experience of 1 year in Executive/Officer Cadre in
field of Geology in Hydro Projects and Coal Mines. |

The
Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for

THDC Engineer (Mining) Selection Process 2023:
- The
selection of candidate will be on the basis of experience in the respective
field and performance in the interview.

Candidates will be shortlisted as per the ratio of 1:5.
- Personal
Interview will be conducted for all eligible candidates.
- However,
if the number of eligible applicants to the number of vacancies for the post is
in excess of the ratio 1:5, the number of candidates will be restricted for
Personal Interview on the basis of academic record and experience.
