BEL Trainee Officer Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:  

1. Educational Qualification for Trainee Officer / Project Officer (OL): MA (Hindi) or any PG with proficiency in Hindi i.e., studied Hindi as medium in matriculation or studied Hindi as elective subject in Degree level. Post Qualification Experience: Trainee Officer – I: Nil. Freshers can apply for the post Project Officer – I: 2 Years post qualification experience such as administrative work in hindi, terminological work in hindi, translation work from English to Hindi and vice versa etc.. Only relevant post qualification experience will be considered. The decision of the selection committee, with respect to relevance of experience will be final. Work experience indicated without supporting documents, will not be considered.

Age Limit:

1. Trainee Officer – I (OL) – 28 Years

2. Project Officer- I (OL) – 32 Years

Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules. Go through BEL official Notification 2023 for more reference

 

Salary Details:

1. Trainee Officer – I (OL) - 1st Year : 30,000/-  2nd Year: 35,000/-

2. Project Officer- I (OL) - 1st Year: 40,000/-  2nd Year: 45,000/- 3rd Year: 50,000/-

 

BEL Trainee Officer Selection Process 2023:

Selection will be through a written test followed by interview of only those candidates who qualify the written test in the ratio of 1:5. The selection process will be conducted in the NCR Region.

 

Application Fee/Exam Fee for BEL Trainee Officer: 

Trainee Officer – I (OL) - Rs.177/-

Project Officer- I (OL) - Rs.472/-

Interested candidates meeting all the criteria mentioned above, should submit the application in the format appended to this advertisement along with the following selfattested photocopies of the documents (one set in following sequence) immediately by Speed Post only, super-scribing on the envelope the “RECRUITMENT OF TRAINEE / PROJECT OFFICER (OL) –I”.

- 10th Standard marks card (as proof of date of birth).

- Bachelor / Masters Degree certificates (as applicable). All semester Marks Sheets/Final consolidated marks sheet. In case of CGPA or credits system of assessments, the candidates are required to attach the duly certified formula for conversion of CGPA/Credits to percentage in accordance with the respective University norms

- Caste/ Community/ Income certificate in case of candidates belonging to SC/OBC respectively. Candidates claiming reservation under any of the above categories are required to submit the certificate in the prescribed format. The formats of various certificates are provided as link to the advertisement. Candidates belonging to OBC category should possess the certificate issued on or after 01.04.2022. The Caste Certificate should be strictly in the format available on the BEL website failing which, candidates will be considered under ‘General’ category, provided they are otherwise meeting all other criteria stipulated for General Candidates.

- Post qualification work experience certificate/s from previous / current employer. Where current employment certificate is not produced, the Offer of current appointment, Employee ID proof and latest pay slip should be compulsorily attached.

- Candidates if working in PSUs/Govt. organizations should compulsorily submit ‘No Objection Certificate’ at the time of application or interview.

- Application fee payment receipt.
