RITES Section Engineer Eligibility Criteria:
Educational
Qualification:

1. Planning
and Scheduling Expert - System - Graduate in
Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from a recognized Institution or
equivalent. Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical engineering with 4 years extra
experience is also acceptable. Total Experience/Relevant Experience for
Graduate Engineer: Candidate should have minimum post qualification
experience of 8 years in rail related/major infrastructure projects, out of
which at least 3 years should be in relevant field. Relevant Experience is
defined as under: Experience in Metro/ Railways/Govt/PSU, Metro
Viaduct/Station construction on pre-stressed bridges-flyover experience in
Railways. |

2. Quantity
Estimator-System - Graduate in
Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from a recognized Institution or
equivalent. Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical engineering with 4 years extra
experience is also acceptable. Total Experience/Relevant Experience for
Graduate Engineer: Candidate should have minimum post qualification
experience of 8 years in rail related/major infrastructure projects, out of
which at least 3 years should be in relevant field. Relevant Experience is
defined as under: Experience in Metro-/Railways/Large Infrastructure/Airport,
Metro Viaduct/Station construction on prestressed bridges-flyover experience
in Railways. |

3. Quality
Assurance & Quality Control Expert-System - Graduate in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from a recognized
Institution or equivalent. Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical engineering with 4
years extra experience is also acceptable. Total Experience/Relevant Experience for
Graduate Engineer: Candidate should have minimum post qualification
experience of 8 years in rail related/major infrastructure projects, out of
which at least 5 years should be in relevant field. Relevant Experience is
defined as under: Experience in Metro/ Railways/Airports, Metro
Viaduct/Station construction on pre-stressed bridges-flyover experience in
Railways. |

4. Architect
- Graduate in field relevant to the
position. Total Experience/Relevant Experience for
Graduate Engineer: Candidate should have minimum post qualification
experience of 6 years in rail related/major infrastructure projects, out of
which at least 2 years should be in relevant field. Relevant Experience is
defined as under: Experience in Metro/Railways/Govt/PSU/Airports. Metro
experience in Viaduct/Station construction |

5. Section
Engineer - Rolling Stock Testing & Commissioning - Graduate in Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering from a recognized
Institution or equivalent. Diploma in Civil/ Electrical/Mechanical
engineering with 4 years extra experience is also acceptable. Total Experience/Relevant Experience for
Graduate Engineer: Candidate should have minimum post qualification
experience of 10 years in rail related/major infrastructure projects, out of
which at least 4 years should be in relevant field. Relevant Experience is
defined as under: Experience in Metro/Railways/Govt/PSU. Experience in Metro-
Railways, Metro Viaduct/Station construction on prestressed bridges-flyover

Engineer - System Integrated Testing & Commissioning - Graduate in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics Engineering from a
recognized Institution. Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical engineering with 4
years extra experience is also acceptable. Total Experience/Relevant Experience for
Graduate Engineer: Candidate should have minimum post qualification
experience of 10 years in rail related/major infrastructure projects, out of
which at least 4 years should be in relevant field. Relevant Experience is
defined as under: Experience in Metro/ Railways/Airports, Metro Viaduct/Station
construction on pre-stressed bridges-flyover experience in Railways. |

Salary Details:

The approximate emoluments at the minimum of the pay-scale is ₹ 13.60
LPA. |

How to apply

1. Before applying candidates
should ensure that they satisfy the necessary conditions and requirements of
the position.
2. Interested candidates
fulfilling the above laid down eligibility criteria are required to apply
online in the registration format available in the Career Section of RITES
website, http://www.rites.com.
3. While submitting the online
application; the system would generate ‘Registration No.’ on top of online form
filled up by the candidate. Note down this “Registration No.” and quote it for
all further communication with RITES Ltd.
4. While filling up the
required details, candidates are advised to carefully and correctly fill the
details of “Identity Proof”. Candidates are also advised to note the same and
ensure the availability of the same Identity Proof as it will be required to be
produced in original at later stages of selection (if called).
5. After filling up the
required details under the “Fill/ Modify Application Form”, candidate should
submit the application.
