Educational
Qualification:
1. Joint
Director – Educational: Master’s Degree in Agricultural Economics, Agricultural Extension or
Agronomy or Entomology or Nematology or Genetics and Plant Breeding or
Agriculture Botany or Plant Bio-Technology or Plant Pathology or Plant
Physiology or Seed Science and Technology or Soil Science and Agricultural
Chemistry from a recognized University of Institute OR Bachelors Degree in
Agricultural Engineering from a recognized University or Institute. Experience: Three years experience in the area of Production and Productivity or
Planning or Development or Extension in Food or Cash Crops Namely Oilseeds or
Jute or Cotton or Sugarcane or Pulses or Wheat or Coarse Cereals or Rice in a
Government or Semi Government Organization or Public Sector Undertaking or
Autonomous Body or Recognized Research Institute or Agricultural University. Desirable: (i) Doctorate in the field or subject as prescribed in Essential
Educational Qualification (i). (ii) Five years experience in writing
technical reports of the above crops. (iii) Two years of Administrative
experience. |
2. Horticulture
Specialist - Educational: (i) Master Degree in Agriculture with specialization in Horticulture
or Post Harvest Management or Master Degree in Horticulture from a recognised
University or Institute; (ii) Qualified the Indian Council of Agricultural
Research – National Eligibly Test. Experience: Five years experience in the field of Horticultural Development or
Horticultural Extension or Horticultural Research or Nursery Management or
Protected Cultivation or Post Harvest Management or Floriculture or Vegetable
Production from Central Government or State Government or Union territory
Administration or Public Sector Undertaking or Statutory Autonomous
Organisation or recognised Research Institution or Universities. |
3. Assistant
Horticulture Specialist - Educational: Master Degree in Agriculture with specialization in Horticulture or
Post Harvest Management or Master Degree in Horticulture from a recognised
University or Institute. Experience: Three years experience in the field of Horticultural Development or
Horticultural Extension or Horticultural Research or Nursery Management or
Protected Cultivation or Post Harvest Management or Floriculture or Vegetable

4. Marketing
Officer (Group III) - Educational: Master’s Degree in Chemistry or Agriculture Chemistry or Dairy
Chemistry or Dairying or Biotechnology or Biochemistry from a recognized
University OR Bachelor’s Degree in Oil Technology or Food Technology or
Chemical Technology or Dairy Technology from a recognized University. Desirable: Two years experience in the field of analytical work of organic
material or in the field of marketing of milk and milk products, oils and
fats including essential oils and allied commodities; OR Diploma in Marketing
Management awarded by any recognized University or Institute or equivalent. |
5. Economic
Officer - Educational: Master's Degree in Economics or Applied Economics or Business
Economics or Econometrics or Commerce of a recognized University or
equivalent. Experience: Two years' experience of Economic Research/ Investigation. Desirable: Experience of Research in the field of Industrial Development. |
6. Senior
Design Officer Grade-I - Educational: Degree in Electrical /Electronics/Telecommunication Engineering from
a recognized University or **equivalent. Note: **The interpretation of
‘Equivalent’ here means any Technical Institution recognized by AICTE/UGC and
not to be construed as Educational Qualification. Experience: Five years practical experience in design/installation/construction
of ships. |
7. Specialist
Grade III (General Surgery) – Educational: (i) A
recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second
Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate
qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956).
Holders of Educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third
Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of
section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). (ii)
Post-Graduate degree or diploma in the concerned speciality or super
speciality mentioned in Section-A or Section-B of Schedule VI or equivalent
i.e. or Master of Surgery(Surgery); or Master of Surgery(General Surgery) or
Diplomate National Board(Surgery/ General Surgery). Experience: At least three years’ experience in the concerned Specialty or Super
Specialty after obtaining the Post Graduate degree or five years’ experience
in the concerned Specialty or Super Specialty after obtaining the Post
Graduate diploma. |
8. Specialist
Grade III (Orthopaedics) - Educational: (i) A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First
Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than

Director of Mines Safety (Mining) – Educational: (i) Degree in Mining Engineering from a recognized University or
Institution or pass in Section A and Section B of the Associate Membership
Examination in Mining Engineering branch from Institution of Engineers
(India) incorporated by the Royal Charter, 1935. (ii) First Class Mine
Manager’s Certificate granted under the Coal Mines Regulations, 2017 (Unrestricted)
or under the Metalliferous Mines Regulations, 1961 (Unrestricted): Note: Only
those candidates who were enrolled for Associate Member of Institution of
Engineers (AMIE) up to 31.05.2013 are eligible for consideration to the post
of Deputy Director of Mines Safety (Mining) (Direct Recruitment) and the
candidates who have enrolled on or after 01.06.2013 for AMIE are not eligible
for consideration to the post of Deputy Director of Mines Safety (Mining)
(Direct Recruitment). Experience: Ten years’ experience in mining in large and Mechanized underground
Mines. Desirable: Post Graduate Degree in Mining Engineering from a recognized
University or Institution. |

Rs. 25/- (Rupees Twenty five) only either by remitting the money in any
branch of the SBI by cash or by using net banking facility of any bank or by
using Visa/Master/Rupay/Credit/Debit Card/UPI payment. (b) No fee for SC/ST/PwBD/Women candidates of any community. No
"fee exemption" is available to Gen/OBC/EWS male candidates and
they are required to pay the full prescribed fee. (c) Applications without the prescribed fee would not be considered and
summarily rejected. No representation against such rejection would be
entertained. (d) Fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstance
nor can the fee be held in reserve for any other examination or selection. |
