DCCB Clerk & Manager Eligibility Criteria:
Educational
Qualification:
|
1. Manager – - Graduate from a recognized university with 65% aggregate marks or
commerce graduate with 55% aggregate marks from a recognized university. - Preference to the candidates with PG as also with qualifications in
discipline like economics, Statistics and also additional qualifications like
Diploma from IIBF, Mumbai. - Preference will be given to candidate with computer knowledge. |

2. Assistant
Manager - - Graduate from a recognized university with 60% aggregate marks or
commerce graduate with 55% aggregate marks from a recognized university. - Preference to the candidates with PG as also with qualifications in
discipline like economics, Statistics and also additional qualifications like
Diploma from IIBF, Mumbai. - Preference will be given to candidate with computer knowledge. |

3. Staff
Assistant /Clerks - Candidate shall possess intermediate plus JDC/HDC/DCRS or graduation
from a recognized university as on 01.01.2023. |

Salary Details:
|
1. Manager - The scale of pay for the post of Manager is presently Rs.36000 – 1490
/ 7 – 46430 – 1740/ 2 – 49910 – 1990/ 7 – 49900 – 1990 / 4 – 63840 (17
stages) +5 stagnation increments. The first four stagnation increments will be
released after every two completed years of service, of which first two shall
be Rs.1990/- each and next two shall be Rs.2220/- each. The fifth stagnation
increment of Rs.2220/- will be released two years after receipt of fourth
stagnation increment. At present the total starting emoluments are around Rs.
58856/- per month, inclusive of DA & HRA at the current rates. Note:

2. Assistant
Manager - The scale of pay for the post of Asst. Manager is presently Rs.26080 – 1230
/ 2 –28540 – 1490/ 12 – 46420 – 1740/ 2 – 49900 – 1990 / 4 – 57860 (21
stages) +6 stagnation increments of Rs.1990/- each biannually after reaching
maximum in the scale. At present the total starting emoluments are around Rs.
42,313/- per month, inclusive of DA & HRA at the current rates. |

3. Staff
Assistant /Clerks - The scale of pay for
the post of Staff Assistant is presently Rs.17900 -1000 / 3 –20900 – 1230 / 3
– 24590 – 1490 / 4 – 30550 – 1730 / 7 – 42660 -3270 / 1 – 45930 – 1990/1 –
47920 (20 stages) + 9 stag. Increments of Rs.1990/- each biannually after
reaching maximum in the scale. At present the total starting emoluments are
around Rs.30,822/- per month, inclusive of DA & HRA at the current rates. |
