Educational Qualification & Experience: Ph.D. thesis submitted in any
branch of Biological Sciences Or, M.D. (Microbiology) or M.V.Sc.
(Microbiology). Desirable
Experience: Experience in disease biology,
drug development and handling BSL-2 / BSL-3 level infectious disease with
high quality peer reviewed publications is desirable. |

areas of Asthma, COPD or Interstitial Lung Disease (ILD) with high impact
publication in peer reviewed journal is desirable. It is desired to have
experience in handling clinical samples and Cohort studies with human

of Life Sciences / Bioinformatics / Computational biology with 02 years of
post doctoral experience in the area of Genetics and Genomics. Experience in
handling second, third generation sequencing data as evident from high
quality peer review publications is desirable. Desirable
Experience: Experience in handling
sequencing machines and in library preparation, pipeline design for data
analysis, handling genome core facility is desirable. It is desired to have
experience in any of the programming languages such as R/PERL/C/Python. |

protein chemistry and protein modifications technologies is desired. The
candidate is desired to possess strong knowledge in modern techniques of
spectroscopy e.g steady state and time resolved fluorescence, mass

with 03 years of post-doctoral experience in molecular parasitology research

molecular level understanding of biological processes in the plasmodium
family of parasites with high quality publication in peer reviewed journals
is desirable. Experience in protein chemistry and strong knowledge in modern
techniques of gene manipulations in parasites and host systems is desired. |

Educational Qualification & Experience: PhD thesis submitted in any
discipline of chemical or biological sciences. The candidate is expected to
have a strong component of biological NMR spectroscopy in Ph.D study, which
is supported by strong NMR related publication records in peer-reviewed
journals. Desirable
Experience: The candidate is expected to
collaborate with x-ray crystallographers and electron microscopists of the
institute, and hence a working knowledge in these techniques would be
desired. Understanding of theory and applications of biological NMR
spectroscopy is desired. Experience in a structurebiology/biophysics
laboratory is desired. |
