IIT Madras Building Sustainability Analyst Eligibility Criteria:
|
Qualification
and Experience: • The Building Sustainability Analyst is expected to synthesize
available literature and case studies to develop best-in-class benchmarks on
the overall lifecycle emissions and performance of existing buildings. The
analyst will also be expected to conduct in-person interviews to obtain some
of this information. In addition, the analyst will be expected to liaise with
energy modelling consultants and other key stakeholders to both obtain data
and to undertake a comparative study of various modelling systems. • The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in any of the
following fields – Architecture, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering,
Mechanical Engineering or Economics, along with a minimum of 3 years of
professional work experience. The candidate should have a working knowledge
of sustainability, strong analytical skills as well as excellent writing
skills. The candidate is expected to be able to deliver consolidated reports
and white papers in the area of Building Sustainability. Prior experience
with life cycle assessment (LCA), preparation of Environmental Product
Declarations (EPD) or carbon credit assessment would be helpful. |
Salary Details:
