ITDC Assistant Manager Eligibility Criteria:
Educational
Qualification:
|
1. Assistant
Manager (AC-Design) - Graduate in
Commercial Arts or Graduate in Fine Arts with Graphic Designing as one of the
subjects with minimum 60% marks. Or Masters Degree in Graphic Designing with
minimum 60% marks The above degrees should be obtained from government
recognized University or Institute. Experience: Having 04 Years and above post-qualification experience with thorough
working knowledge of Designing Software in Design House/Advertising House of
repute with CTC not less than Rs. 5 Lakhs per annum. |

2. General
Manager (Ashok Travel & Tours) - (a) Full time MBA/02 Years PG Diploma in Management with minimum 60%
marks. OR (b) Masters in Tours/Travels/Tourism with minimum 60% marks. OR (c)
Post-Graduation in any subject with minimum 60% marks and 15 years of
experience in handling Tours and travels. Experience: Minimum 15 Years of experience out of which 10 years’ experience in
Tours & Travels for (a) & (b). (i) Executive presently working / have worked in Govt./Semi Govt./PSUs
etc should have experience of two years in one scale below i.e. Rs.70,000-
2,00,000/- IDA revised E-4 level/ Rs.78,800- 2,09,200/- CDA revised. OR (ii) Executives who are working/have worked in pvt. Sector or not
covered under Point (i) above, should have drawn minimum annual CTC of Rs. 14
lakhs per annum for atleast 2 years. |

3. General
Manager (Engineering) - Civil - Full time
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or 5 years integrated Master’s degree
in civil engineering from recognized Indian University / Institute with
minimum 60% marks. Experience: Minimum 17 years’ post qualification experience as Civil engineer in a
govt department/ PSU or private firm of repute and should have experience of
constructing commercial or institutional buildings and associated peripheral
works and preparing DPR & estimates, time and resource management. (i) Executive presently working / have worked in Govt./Semi Govt./PSUs
etc should have experience of two years in one scale below i.e. Rs.70,000-
2,00,000/- IDA revised E-4 level/ Rs.78,800- 2,09,200/- CDA revised. OR (ii) Executives who are working/have worked in pvt. Sector or not
covered under Point (i) above, should have drawn minimum annual CTC of Rs. 16
lakhs per annum for atleast 2 years. Candidates should have Good computer
knowledge of working on MS Office. |

4. General
Manager (Information Technology) - Full time 1st class BE/B.Tech (Computer Science Engineering / IT) /
MCA or equivalent from a recognized University with minimum 60% marks. OR ‘B’
level of DOEACC with minimum 60% marks. Experience: Minimum 15 years post qualification executive experience in the IT
field. (i) Executive presently working / have worked in Govt./Semi Govt./PSUs
etc should have experience of two years in one scale below i.e. Rs.70,000-
2,00,000/- IDA revised E-4 level or Rs.78,800-2,09,200/- CDA revised . OR (ii) Executives who are working / have worked in pvt. Sector or not
covered under Pt (i) above, should have drawn minimum annual CTC of Rs. 16
lakhs per annum for atleast 2 years. |
