10. Associate Manager (HR&Admin) - MBA's or P.G. Degree / two years Diploma in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management from a recognised University/ Institution with 7 (seven) years post qualification executive experience out of which at least 2 (two) years should be at the equivalent next below grade in IDA Scale/ CDA scale or equivalent responsibility / CTC (Rs. 12,28,700/- per annum - PF & Gratuity as per rules) in a large and reputed organisation.  Experience in Aviation Industry is desirable.

11. Associate Manager (F&A) - CA's / ICWA's / MBA's from a recognised Institution / University with specialization in Finance from a recognised University/Institution with 7 (seven) years post qualification executive experience out of which at least 2 (two) years should be at the equivalent next below grade in IDA Scale/ CDA scale or equivalent responsibility / CTC (Rs. 12,28,700/- per annum - PF & Gratuity as per rules) in a large and reputed organisation.  Experience in Aviation Industry is desirable.

12. Associate Manager (Production Planning) - Engineering Degree in Aeronautical / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic OR equivalent qualifications OR AME's License with endorsement for appropriate category with 7 (seven) years post qualification executive experience out of which at least 2 (two) years should be at the equivalent next below grade in IDA Scale/ CDA scale or equivalent responsibility / CTC (Rs. 12,28,700/- per annum - PF & Gratuity as per rules) in a large and reputed organisation.  Experience in Aviation Industry is desirable.

13. Officer (Production Planning) - Engineering Degree in Aeronautical / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic OR equivalent qualifications OR AME's License with endorsement for appropriate category with 1 (one) year post qualification executive experience at the equivalent next below grade in IDA Scale/ CDA scale or equivalent responsibility / CTC (Rs. 6,35,375/- per annum - PF & Gratuity as per rules) in a large and reputed organisation.  Experience in Aviation Industry is desirable.

14. Chief Aviation Security Officer - Candidates should have completed Graduation from a recognized University / Institution with valid AVSEC instructor certificate. Experience: Candidate should have minimum 12 (twelve) years post qualification executive experience out of which at least 2 (two) years should be at the equivalent next below grade in equivalent IDA Scale / CDA scale or equivalent responsibility / CTC (Rs. 16,24,300 per annum - PF & Gratuity as per rules) in a large and reputed organisation.   Working experience in Aviation industry preferably in MRO will be given preference.

15. Officer (HR&Admin) - MBA's or P.G. Degree / two years Diploma in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management from a recognised University/ Institution with 1 (one) year post qualification executive experience at the equivalent next below grade in IDA Scale/ CDA scale or equivalent responsibility / CTC (Rs. 6,35,375/- per annum - PF & Gratuity as per rules) in a large and reputed organisation.  Experience in Aviation Industry is desirable.

16. 17. Officer (Civil) - Graduate in Civil Engg (BE / B.Tech) from recognized Institute/ University with minimum 60% marks (In case of CGPA results, the conversion formula of University/ Institute to be attached). Essential experience 2 years Post Qualification Experience in the grade of 30,000 - 1,20,000 or equivalent. (Candidates working in private sector should be having CTC of minimum Rs. 6,35,375/- p.a. excluding PF & Gratuity). Should have experience in supervision of Infrastructural/ Buildings/ Institutional/ Residential/ Road Projects & preparation of Preliminary & Detailed Estimates. Must be Computer proficient (MS Office, Excel & Power point presentation, use of internet etc.). Desirable Experience Knowledge of CPWD Specifications, Manual, Rate Schedules, project monitoring etc.  Experience in Aviation Industry and candidates having experience in Govt./ PSU sectors shall be given preference.

18. 19.Station Manager (RCS) - MBA / PG Degree with specialization in Marketing from a recognized Institution/University with one-year post qualification executive experience in related fields" experience at the equivalent next below grade in IDA Scale/ CDA scale or equivalent responsibility / CTC (Rs. 6,35,375/- per annum - PF & Gratuity as per rules) in a large and reputed organization.  However, preference will be given to incumbents possessing aviation experience.

20.Flight Engineer (For Mi-172 Helicopter) - The incumbent should be 10+2 in Science from a recognised Board / Institution and holding valid DGCA Flight Engineer's License or minimum hold Cat-B while working in IAF/Army/Navy with 1000 hours on Mi-17/Mi-8 etc with no accident/incident blame-worthiness record. The Management reserves the right to consider Flight Engineers current licensed & endorsed on Mi-172 Helicopter in higher or lower grade depending upon experience and supervisory endorsement.

21.Cabin Crew (For Mi-172 Helicopter) - The incumbent should be approved DGCA Cabin Crew OR Ex-IAF Gunner / Load Master having served on PHL type of helicopter (Mi-172) having 20 or more seats with at least 1000 hours flight experience and no accident/incident record. The Company offers attractive compensation package and professional work environment commensurate with Industry standards. The Management reserves the right to consider DGCA approved Cabin Crew current & endorsed on Mi-172 Helicopter in higher or lower grade depending upon experience and supervisory endorsement.

22.Assistant (HR&Admin) - Graduation from a recognized University / Institution with three years relevant experience OR Graduation with two years Diploma in IR&PM with one year relevant experience

23.Assistant (F&A) - B.Com Degree from a recognized University / Institution with three years relevant experience OR M.Com Degree with one year relevant experience

24.Assistant (IT) - 10+2 Science with 3 years Diploma in Electronics & Communication / Information Technology with three years post qualification experience OR B.E. / B. Tech in Electronics & Communication / Information Technology / Computer Science or equivalent degree with one-year post qualification experience from an Institution recognized by the Govt. of India.  The incumbent should have obtained 60% & above marks and experience should be in the field of Networking (LAN/WAN), EPABX, Servers, Communication, VHF etc as on date of interview.
