RITES Section Engineer Eligibility Criteria:
Educational
Qualification:

1. Quantity
Estimator-System - Qualification: Graduate in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from a recognized
Institution or equivalent. Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical engineering with
4 years extra experience is also acceptable. Total
Experience/Relevant Experience for Graduate Engineer: Candidate should have minimum post qualification experience of 8 years
in rail related/major infrastructure projects, out of which at least 3 years
should be in relevant field. Relevant Experience is defined as under:
Relevant Experience in Metro/Railways/Large Infrastructure Projects/Airports |

2. Quality
Assurance & Quality Control Expert-System - Qualification: Graduate in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from a recognized
Institution or equivalent. Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical engineering with
4 years extra experience is also acceptable. Total
Experience/Relevant Experience for Graduate Engineer: Candidate should have minimum post qualification experience of 8 years
in rail related/major infrastructure projects, out of which at least 5 years
should be in relevant field. Relevant Experience is defined as under:

recognized Institution. Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical engineering with 4

Experience/Relevant Experience for Graduate Engineer: Candidate should have minimum post qualification experience of 10
years in rail related/major infrastructure projects, out of which at least 4
years should be in relevant field. Relevant Experience is defined as under:

RITES Section Engineer Selection Process 2023:
The applications received shall be
screened for eligibility. The candidates may be shortlisted for selection. The
company reserves the right to shortlist the number of candidates for selection
out of eligible candidates. Due to prevalent pandemic situation, based on the
requirement and discretion of RITES, selection process may be conducted online.
The weightage distribution of various
parameters of the selection shall be as under:
Experience - 10%
Interview - 90%
(Technical & Professional
proficiency - 60 %; Personality Communication & Competency – 30%)
Total - 100%
