THDCIL General Manager Eligibility Criteria:
Educational
Qualification:

1. General
Manager (Civil) - Qualification: Full Time B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.)/ in relevant Discipline from
recognized University or institute recognized by appropriate statutory
authority in India. Experience: Post qualification executive experience of 25 years in executive/
officer cadre out of which minimum 1 years in equivalent grade/ scale
(CDA/IDA) IDA: 1,20,000-3%- 2,80,000 or Equivalent Level (Private Sector) :
Rs 40 lacs p.a CTC |

2. General
Manager (Electrical) - Qualification:Full Time B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.)/ in relevant Discipline from
recognized University or institute recognized by appropriate statutory
authority in India. Experience: Post qualification executive experience of 25 years in executive/
officer cadre out of which minimum 1 years in equivalent grade/ scale

less than 60% marks. Experience: Post Qualification experience of 11 years out of which atleast 3
years in immediate lower grade/scale (CDA/IDA) IDA Pay Scale:70,000- 3%-
2,00,000 or Equivalent Level (Private Sector) : Rs 23 lacs p.a CTC |

Manager (IT) - Qualification:Full Time B.E/ B.Tech/ B.Sc (Engg./Technology)/MCA/ Level "B"
examination in Computer Science/ IT from recognised Indian University or
Institute recognized by appropriate statutory authority in India with not
less than 60% marks. Experience: Post Qualification experience of 06 years out of which atleast 3
years in immediate lower grade/scale (CDA/IDA) IDA Pay Scale:60,000- 3%-

THDCIL General Manager Selection Process 2023:
- The
selection of candidate will be on the basis of experience in the respective
field and performance in the interview.
-
Candidates will be shortlisted as per the ratio of 1:5.
-Personal
Interview will be conducted for all eligible candidates.
- However,
if the number of eligible applicants to the number of vacancies for the post is
in excess of the ratio 1:5, the number of candidates will be restricted for
Personal Interview on the basis of academic record and experience

Fee/Exam Fee for THDCIL General Manager:

Candidate belonging to General/OBC(NCL)/EWS category are required to
pay non-refundable registration fee Rs. 600 (Rs Six Hundred Only) through
online mode. The SC/ST/PwBDs/Ex-Servicemen/Departmental candidates (THDCIL Employees
only) need not pay the Registration fee. |
