HQ Eastern Command Group C Eligibility Criteria:
Educational
Qualification:

1. Messenger – Essential: Matriculation passed or equivalent from a recognized board Desirable: Conversant with the duties of the respective trade with one year’s
experience in the trade. |

2. Washerman
– Essential: Matriculation passed or equivalent from a recognized board Desirable: Conversant with the duties of the respective trade with one year’s
experience in the trade. |

3. Cook – Essential: Matriculation passed or equivalent from a recognized board &
Proficiency in handling Private Board Exchange (PBX).(Experience Certificate)
(For post of CSBO only). Desirable: Fluency in spoken English and Hindi. |

- II – Essential: Matriculation passed or equivalent from a recognized board &

How to apply
for HQ Eastern Command Group C Post:
- Interested candidates will
submit only typed application on A4 size paper (To be filled in English/Hindi
only) completed in all respect along with requisite documents, duly attested be
forwarded to Officer-In-Charge,Eastern Command Signal Regiment, Fort William,
Kolkata 700021. Last date of receipt of applications is 30 days from the date
of publication of this advertisement. Application received after due date will
not be entertained and this office will not be responsible for any postal
delay. Hand written, incomplete/illegible applications or those not fulfilling
any of the criteria will be rejected outright.
- All candidates to endorse
only one application for the post being applied. More than one application of
those submitted will result in rejection.
- Application will be forwarded
by Registered Post in an envelope endorsed with “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF
……………” (Post applied for ……, category ………… in top of envelope.
- Candidates applying for the
post must enclose following self-attested supporting documents: -
(a) Self-attested copies of
Birth Certificate (Matriculation Certificate & Marks Sheet can be produced
in lieu). (b) Certificate of Educational/Technical Qualifications. (c)
Experience Certificate (For post of CSBO only). (d) Residential Certificate.
(e) Caste Certificate (For OBC/SC/ST only). (f) EWS Certificate (For EWS only).
(g) Aadhaar Card.
- Two self-addressed envelopes
affixed with postal stamps for registered post (Rs. 25/-) to be enclosed
mandatory along with application.
- In addition to self-attested
photo pasted on application, two passport size photographs (not older two
months) without wearing cap, goggles & mask will be enclosed with name and
father’s name of the candidate written on reverse. Do not put any mark or
signature on the photographs. Application will be rejected if above not found
enclosed.
