ICMR-NIMR Project Assistant Eligibility Criteria:
Educational
Qualification:

1. Project
Assistant - Essential Qualification:
Graduate Degree in Life Sciences/Molecular Biology/Biotechnology subjects
from a recognized university with three years’ work experience from a
recognized institution OR Master’s degree in Life Sciences/ Molecular
Biology/Biotechnology subjects. Desirable: M.Sc in Microbiology/Biotechnology/Life Sciences and experience in
bioinformatics, molecular biology. Qualified NET/GATE and one year or more
hands on experience in molecular biology. |

2. Project
Laboratory Technician - Essential
Qualification: 12th pass in Science subjects and two years diploma in Medical
Laboratory Technology OR One year DMLT plus One year required experience from
a recognized organization OR Two years field/Laboratory experience. *B.Sc
degree shall be treated as 3 years experience. Desirable: M.Sc in Microbiology/Biotechnology/Biochemistry / Life Sciences and
experience in molecular biology. |
Age Limit:

The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for
SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for
SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India
rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt.

Interested and eligible
candidates possessing the aforementioned Essential Qualification only may
appear for Walk-in-Interview in the Institute with all Original and
self-attested copies of all certificate/testimonials and valid identity proof
(Voter ID card/ PAN Card/Driving License/Passport/Aadhar Card) and one passport
size photograph. No candidate will be allowed to appear in the Interview
without the Original Certificates.
