CIBA Young Professional Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
| 1. Research Associate – Essential Qualification: Ph.D. in Aquaculture/ Fisheries Science/ Zoology/Marine Biology/ Marine biotechnology (or) For master degree holders: Master’s degree Aquaculture/ Fisheries Science with 4 to 5 years of Bachelor’s degree with 60% marks or equivalent overall grade point average, with at least three years of research experience as evidenced from Fellowship/ Associate ship/ Training/other engagements as circulated vide F. No. 2-9/2012-HRD dated 25.04.2014 and one research paper in Science Citation Index (SCI) / NAAS rated (24.0) Journal as per OM SR/S9/Z-09/2018 of DST dated 30.01.2019. Desirable: Working experience in shrimp farming, operations,farm management, feed management; Research experience in shrimp farming, biofloc based shrimp managementand other related activities is desirable |

Young Professional-II – Essential Qualification: Post graduate degree in Biological Science/Life science Marine biology/ Zoology/ Aquaculture /Microbiology/ Coastal Aquaculture/ Marine Biotechnology or Post Graduate in professional Fisheries Science /Aquaculture/Aquaculture Engineering / Bioinformatics Desirable: Working knowledge and experience in shrimp farming operations, farm management, and feed management is mandatory. Readiness to work in shrimp farm and other related activities is desirable |
| 3. Young Professional-I – Essential Qualification: Graduate in biological Science/ Life science/ Zoology/Aquaculture /Coastal Aquaculture/ Marine Biotechnology/ microbiology/ biotechnology or Graduate in professional Fisheries Science/Aquaculture/Aquaculture Engineering Desirable: Knowledge and exposure to shrimp farming operations, farm management, and feed management is mandatory. Readiness to work in shrimp farm and other related activities is desirable |
Age Limit:

Salary Details:
| 1. Research Associate – Pay Rs. 49,000/- per month + HRA (for Master Degree holders) & (for Rs. 54,000/- per month + HRA (for Ph. D). |
| 2. Young Professional-II – Pay@ Rs.35,000 /- (Consolidated) per month |
| 3. Young Professional-I – Pay@ Rs.25,000 /- (Consolidated) per month |
