The detailed tasks include preparation of cost estimates & detailed project reports,, tendering etc. as per Govt./CPWD procedures, complete project management, monitoring with specified QA/QC standards , liaisoning with clients, consultants, contractors& other stakeholders including Govt. statutory authorities as per requirements
5. Infrastructure Development – Deputy Vice President (Architect) – B E / B Arch (registered with council of architecture) (Full Time) Minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience in in planning & designing of Healthcare Infrastructure Projects including preparation and Review of Master Plan, concept Plans , Detailed Planning, Project Reports for projects consisting of Super Specialty/ Multispecialty Hospitals, Medical Colleges, Nursing Colleges etc. Using latest planning and designing techniques/software. Person should be well versed with relevant Design Standards/Norms as applicable in India.
6. Infrastructure Development – Chief Engineer(Civil) – B E / B Tech-Civil (Full Time) Minimum 18 Years of post-qualification experience in managing Infrastructure Company or Unit / Profit Centre as a leader. Information Technology – Deputy Vice President (IT) – B E / B Tech (Computer Science/IT) (Full Time), Desirable Qualification ME / M Tech 12 Years of post-qualification work experience in computer hardware, network and security systems. Hands on experience in trouble shooting network components, firewall, LAN, WAN etc. Incumbent should have experience in implementation of ERP and should be well versed with ERP (Preferably SAP), working especially in MM,PS,PM ESS, SRM (e-tendering) modules and should be able to use the modules for business processes and support the end users. Should be able to negotiate with service providers, vendors, train vendors in e-tendering and provide support etc. Management of e-mail services, domain registration and website management.
21. Finance – Deputy General Manager (Finance) – CA / ICWA Minimum post qualification experience is 10 years in different areas of finance and accounts viz. Project & Corporate accounting, Financial management, Budgetary planning & control, Treasury management, finalization of accounts, compilation of accounts, auditing management, taxation, tendering, costing of projects, MIS, liasoning with Ministries, Govt. Department, CAG, bank etc.
22. Finance – Deputy Manager (Finance) – CA / ICWA Minimum 3 Years of post-qualification work experience in Infrastructure / Procurement Project Accounting, Finalization of Accounts, Compilation, Tendering, Taxation, Vetting of Suppliers / Contractors Bills etc. Desirable Experience: experience in SAP (FICO Module)

Execute the project as per the BOQ, budget, cost, and timelines. Coordinate with the other dept. / team members, Consultants, Vendors, and other professionals for the timely execution of work. Resolve issues in terms of drawings, details, material specifications, coordination etc. while executing the work. Knowledge of Statutory code & local bye laws applicable for High –rise residential buildings preferably Hospital & Healthcare projects in terms of planning, designing & project coordination
37. Bio Medical Engineering -Deputy Vice President (BME) – B E / B Tech (Bio Medical Engineering/ Electronics and Communication) (Full Time) Minimum 12 years post qualification work experience required out of which at least 10 years in a Senior Managerial Position. The person must have thorough knowledge of gap analysis for Hospital Equipment, Preparing Equipment price estimate for budgeting, Hospital Planning, Preparation of technical specification for various Medical Equipment, handling pre-dispatch and post- dispatch inspections. Equipment layout planning and pre-installation requirement, knowledge of equipment safety standards / hospital services like MGPS, MOT,CSSD etc.
