IIT Madras Project Associate Eligibility Criteria:
| Qualification: • Candidates with M.Sc. / B. Tech in Physics / Photonics / Optoelectronics or M.E / MTech / M.S. or equivalent in photonics / Engg. Physics with strong knowledge in optics and optoelectronics or equivalent Experience: • Candidates must have 1st class or equivalent. • Candidates qualified in any national level examination are preferred. • Scientific writing skills. Requirements: • A sound knowledge of geometric optics and relevant simulation tools. • Hands-on experience of handling various optical elements including various types of lenses for UV-Visible-NIR wavelength. • Knowledge in a variety of light sources and photodetectors as well as relevant optoelectronic circuit; precise combination of light source & photodetector for a given application. • Scientific writing skills. • Ability to work independently and in a group |
Age limit: Not more than 30 years.
Salary:
| 1. Project Associate – Approx Rs 21,500/- to Rs 50,000/- Per month based on the qualification and experience |
