Educational Qualification:
| 1. Scientist ‘B’ (Non-Medical) – Essential Qualification: First class Master’s degree in Public Health / Health Economics from a recognized university OR Second class Masters’ degree + Ph. D degree in Public Health / Health Economics from a recognized university Desirable: – One-year experience of working in research including experience in health economics and cost-effectiveness analysis – Experience in Health Technology Assessment (HTA) in Public / Private sector – Working knowledge of RStudio and Decision Tree software |

Scientist ‘B’ (Non-Medical) – Essential Qualification: First class Master’s degree in Public Health / Biostatistics / Epidemiology from a recognized university OR Second Class Masters’ degree + Ph.
