Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
| 1. Senior Technician – BSc in Medical Laboratory technology or equivalent with three years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field. OR Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology with four years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field. Desirable: – Experience of handling clinical samples for research work. – Experience in using and maintaining digital data via collection devices. – Proficiency in laboratory functions and clarity of oral and written communications. – Basic knowledge of excel. |
| 2. Lab Technician (Phlebotomist) – BSc in Medical Laboratory technology or equivalent from a recognized University OR Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from a recognized University with one year of post qualification experience in the relevant field. Desirable: – Experience of handling hospital samples and clinical samples for research work. – Experience in using and maintaining digital data via collection devices – Basic knowledge of excel |
| 3. Research Assistant – Graduate degree in a Nursing/ Health related discipline from a recognised University. OR Diploma in Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) or ANM or equivalent from a recognised university with one year of post qualification experience in the relevant field. Desirable: – Work experience in clinical research. – Effective communication skills to provide timely and appropriate information to study participants – Computer skills including proficiency in use of Microsoft Office applications – Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, investigators Good understanding of needs for project and job responsibilities. |
| 4. Technician (Clinical/Field) – B.Sc./DMLT from the recognised University. OR Standard 12 with Science stream minimum three years post qualification experience in clinical trials/ health related research projects |
