Eligibility Criteria for UPSC AE, AEE Jobs 2017
Educational Qualification:
1. Assistant Director (Chemistry)- M.Sc. in Agricultural Chemistry or M.Sc. in Chemistry with specialization either in Organic Chemistry or Analytical Chemistry from a recognised University / Institution.
2. Assistant Engineer (NQA) (Electrical Engineering) - Degree in Engineering in the discipline of Electrical/Electronic Engineering from recognised University
3. Assistant Engineer (NQA) Mechanical Engineering - Degree in Engineering in the discipline of Electrical/Electronic Engineering from recognised University
4. Specialist Grade-III Assistant Professor Anatomy - Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery with Master of Science (Anatomy)
5. Specialist Grade-III Assistant Professor (OBESTETRICS AND GYNAECOLOGY) - (i) A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 ( 102 of 1956). Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section(3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956(102 of 1956). ii) Post- Graduate degree in the concerned specialty or Super-speciality mentioned in Section A of Schedule VI i.e. Doctor of Medicine (Obstetrics and Gynaecology)or Master of Surgery (Obstetrics and Gynaecology).
6. Specialist Grade-III Assistant Professor (Ophthalmology) - Post- Graduate degree in the concerned specialty or Super-speciality mentioned in Section A of Schedule VI i.e. Master of Surgery (Orthopaedics)
7. Specialist Grade-III Assistant Professor Orthopaedic (Sports Injury Centre) - Post- Graduate degree in the concerned specialty or Super-speciality mentioned in Section A of Schedule VI i.e. Doctorate of Medicine (Paediatric Cardiology)
8. Specialist Grade-III Assistant Professor (Paediatric Cardiology) - MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule
9. Specialist Grade-III Assistant Professor (Radio-Therapy) - Degree in Drilling or Mining or Mechanical or Electrical or Civil Engineering or Degree in Petroleum Technology from a recognized University or equivalent.
10. Assistant Executive Engineer - Degree in Drilling or Mining or Mechanical or Electrical or Civil Engineering or Degree in Petroleum Technology from a recognized University or equivalent.
11. Driller In charge - Degree in Drilling / Mining /Mechanical / Civil/ Electrical Engineering / Petroleum Engineering from a University recognized by Govt. of India, Ministry of Human Resources Development, All India Council for Technical Education, University Grants Commission, Indira Gandhi National Open University or State Government ii) One year experience in operation and maintenance of drilling rigs
12. Lecturer (Electrical) - First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology in Electrical/Electrical Electronics Engineering.
13. Lecturer (Mechanical) - First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology in Mechanical Engineering/Production Technology. Note-

Age Limit:
Candidate’s Age Limit Should not exceed (for post 1 -38 years), (for post 2 - 33 years), (for post 3, 12 - 30 years), (for post 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10 - 40 years), (for post 8 - 33 years), (for post 10, 12 - 35 years). The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules.
