Eligibility Criteria for UPSC Vacancy 2020:

(i) Master’s degree of a recognized university or equivalent (ii) Master’s degree in Library Science of a recognized university/institute or Equivalent Note Qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public Service Commission for reasons to be recorded in writing, in case of candidates otherwise well qualified. B. EXPERIENCE Twelve years working experience in a recognized library including experience in administration. Note- The qualifications(s) regarding experience is/are relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) for reasons to be recorded in writing in the case of candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes if, at any stage of selection, the UPSC is of the opinion that sufficient number of candidates from these communities possessing the requisite experience are not likely to be available to fill up the vacancies reserved for them.
2.
Senior Divisional Medical Officer (Endocrinology)
(i) A recognized medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of Educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. (ii) Double Post-Graduation i.e. basic essential M.D/ M.S. along with M.Ch. or D.M. in the speciality mentioned in Schedule II i.e. D.M. (Endocrinology) from a recognized University or equivalent. B. Experience Two years’ working experience after obtaining the first post graduate degree of M.S. or M.D. NOTE- 1 The candidates holding DNB qualifications would need to get their qualification verified by NBE as to whether it is as per the requirement of the Gazette Notification No.MCI-12(2)/2010-Med.Misc. dated 11.06.2012 and upload such verification certificate alongwith the online application. NOTE- 2 The crucial date for determining the age limit shall be the closing date for receipt of applications from candidates in India. NOTE- 3 The qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the commission, for reasons to be recorded in writing, in case of candidates otherwise well qualified. Lecturer/Assistant Professor in Special Education (MR/ID)
(I) Master’s Degree in any discipline with not less than 50% of marks. (II) M.Ed. Degree in Specific Disability (Mental Retardation/ Intellectual Disability) area with not less than 55% of marks or an equivalent grade B plus in 10-point scale of UGC. OR An equivalent Degree from a foreign University recognized by Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI). (III) Valid registration with RCI under section 19 of RCI Act, 1992. Note 1 Qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the U.P.S.C., for reasons to be recorded in writing, in the case of candidates otherwise well qualified. Note 2 The qualification(s) regarding experience is/are relaxable at the discretion of the U.P.S.C. for reasons to be recorded in writing in the case of candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes or Scheduled Tribes if at any stage of selection the U.P.S.C., is of the opinion that sufficient number of candidates from these communities possessing the requisite experience are not likely to be available to fill up the vacancies reserved for them.
